    摘要： The present invention relates to a cleaning device comprising cleaning means and a frame body. The frame body is provided with a plurality of connecting holes, wherein each connecting hole is constituted by a larger diameter hole and a smaller diameter hole, such that the twisted cleaning means is folded to stuff through the connecting holes from the larger diameter hole to the smaller diameter hole. The folded twisted cleaning means then is pulled back so as to bind the twisted cleaning means in the frame body.

    摘要： A method of manufacturing brush components is disclosed wherein an array of bristles which may either be loosely arranged in which case they should be substantially aligned or may be in the form of a knitted or woven tape is overlain by a membrane e.g. a polythene or polypropylene sheet, the bristles and membrane then being bent through 180.degree. about the center line of the array into a generally U-shaped configuration and subsequently held in that position by clamping means e.g. a metal channel or an extruded plastics beading. Preferably a strengthening wire is located over the top of the membrane and within the U at the base thereof.

    摘要： A brush element containing a plurality of bristles having medial bends formed into a plurality of tufts, each tuft being surrounded by a mechanical restraining means, a back for said brush comprising a body of fiberglass filled and reinforced substantially inflexible high impact thermoset polyester resin, each medial bend of said bristles being embedded in said resin such that its upper end is closer to the top surface of said back than to the bottom surface thereof and the restraining means being closer to the bottom surface of said back than to the top surface thereof. The polyester resin has a notched izod impact strength greater than 2 foot-pounds per inch and a Shore D hardness greater than 50.
