    摘要: A molded interconnect device with a high-current trace and methods of making a molded interconnect device with a high-current trace are described. The molded interconnect device comprises a substrate surface and an interconnect pattern. The interconnect pattern is at least one of a rib raised from the substrate surface and a channel protruding into the substrate surface. In a first embodiment, the molded interconnect device is molded from photosensitive plastic molded in a one-shot molding process. A trace is grown on the portion of the interconnect pattern where an interconnect path has been written, either by a laser or by photolithography. In a second embodiment, the molded interconnect device is molded of plastic and the trace is grown by at least one of a mask and print-and-plate process and a mask and print-and-etch process. The trace forms at least one of an angle and a curve in cross section.

    摘要: An elastomer bushing having an increased axial rate, improved durability, and high fatigue life due to the compression and confinement of the rubber element is provided. The manufacture of the elastomer journal is conventional for commercial vehicle applications. In a primary embodiment, the rubber is bonded to a bar pin by an adhesive, wherein the rubber journal is then subsequently assembled into an outer tube. After assembly, the outer tube is curled to retain the rubber journal, and the center of the outer tube diameter is swaged or compressed so as to deform the outer tube into the rubber. The compressed groove in the outer tube comprises the unique feature of this bushing design. This groove provides a mechanical “footing” that resists movement when an axial load is applied.

    摘要: A method for forming structured or micro-structured film comprising the steps of: A. Coating a photocuring or heat-curing adhesive resin layer on a substrate layer; B. Molding or forming or imprinting a structured or micro-structured pattern including prismatic array on the adhesive resin layer by a tape die having the structured pattern preformed on the tape die; and C. Curing the photocuring or heat-curing adhesive resin layer on the substrate layer to obtain a layered film having a structured pattern surface. The structured pattern is formed on the tape, rather than on the rotary die or die roller, to prevent from sticking of the adhesive resin on the roller to prolong the service life of the production equipment and also to ensure a reliable film product quality.
