摘要： Disclosed herein are exemplary embodiments of suture securement devices that replace the need to tie knots in sutures. Some embodiments comprise an annular outer body and one or more suture engagement tabs extending inwardly from the outer body. The devices can comprise a superelastic and/or shape-memory material and have a generally in-plane initial configuration. The suture engagement portions are deformable out-of-plane to an active configuration with the outer body compressed and the tabs interlocked with each other. The device can be heat-set in the deformed configuration. The interlocked tabs exert a pinching force on sutures passing between them that restricts the sutures from sliding through the opening in one longitudinal direction.

摘要： A multi-closure strip of clips with one or more openings to hold the neck of a bag, which include a male and a female interlocking portion to hold the clips together in a series. Each clip includes a set of male and female slots at a first edge, and a set of male and female slots at a second edge. Neighboring clips can interlock or mate-ably attach to the respective sets of slots and fingers without the need for adhesive, and without fracture of the clip material. The clips can be made of a resilient plastic or biodegradable material, or any recyclable products.

摘要： A strip of bag clips are provided having individual clips each with a bag neck access opening joining a bag neck confining aperture within the clip. The bag neck access opening extends in a transverse direction relative to the length of the strip. Adjacent clips are joined together on adjacent sides via a central or medial and contiguously formed bridge portion defined by laterally formed slots. In one case, the clips are formed from a frangible material. In another case, the clips are formed from a flexible or resilient material. In a further case, the clips are formed from a biodegradable material.

The body of the clip is capable of deformation to temporarily increase the widths of the first and second slots for (i) receiving a pair of elongated member portions (i.e. electric cord portions) in respective first and second apertures, and for (ii) removing the clip from such elongated member portions.

摘要： This sheet material marking tag has a stiffly resilient header part united along a border to an information part for printed matter. A holding orifice in the header comprises a major recess divisible into substantially equal upper and lower halves. The orifice has an internal edge and the internal edge has a lower span consisting of all portions of the internal edge below the upper half of the major recess. A stub nose projects laterally from the orifice and terminates as a blunt tip. The lower edge of the nose tapers toward the border but terminates at an orifice entry slit on the lower span of the orifice internal edge. A V-shaped open mouth below the nose has an upper lip common to the lower edge of the nose and a lower lip tapering toward the orifice but terminating at a lower lip intersection along the lower edge of the nose at a location spaced from the orifice. A pinch entry channel extends as a length along the lower edge of the nose between the lower lip intersection and the orifice entry slit. Affixing the tag to an elongated component of merchandise involves easily guiding the component through the mouth and pinch entry channel into the orifice.

In order to cope with such difficulties, the present invention provides, the binding device formed in a unified manner out of a filmy and flexible material sheet; wherein, the engaging portion 3 with the hole 4 formed therein, the narrow winding portion 2 which is extended from a side of said engaging portion 3 in order to wind around the binding part of the object to be bound, and the hooking portion 1 which is formed at the tip of said winding portion 2 in a nearly L-shaped form in order to be inserted into and hooked to said hole.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a detachable protective headgear attachment for engagement to a hat having an upturned inner band. The headgear attachment comprises substantially rectangular engagement clips having upper and lower portions, and upper and lower tabs, wherein the upper tab extends from the upper portion and the lower tab extends from the lower portion, the upper and lower tabs being opposingly situated.
