摘要： One aspect of the present invention provides a fastening strap assembly for used in a foam article. The fastening strap assembly includes a substrate having two sidewalls each formed along one side thereof in a longitudinal direction and spaced apart from each other; a substantially fishbone-shaped fastening member disposed between the sidewalls and adhered to the substrate, the fastening member having an elongate central rib and a plurality of fastening parts laterally extending from either sides of the rib and longitudinally spaced apart from each other, each fastening part having a plurality of hooks formed on a upper surface thereof; and a magnetic layer disposed between the substrate and the fastening member. The fastening strap assembly of the present invention has a unique sideway bending/curving function. Another aspect of the present invention provides a foam article, such as a seat cushion, including the sideway-bendable fastening strap assembly.

摘要： A surface fastener member includes left and right longitudinal protective wall sections and front and rear lateral protective wall sections. Each of the lateral protective wall sections includes an outer first lateral wall section and an inner second lateral wall section. The first lateral wall section includes a continuous lateral wall body which is continuously placed between the left and right longitudinal protective wall sections at a predetermined height. The second lateral wall section includes a plurality of divided lateral wall bodies which are intermittently placed along a width direction, and a plurality of second engagement elements. According to this, when the molded surface fastener is integrally molded on a cushion body, it is possible to prevent resin material from entering an engagement element region of the surface fastener member.

Each male surface fastener strip includes a base material having a first surface from which a plurality of engaging elements extend upwardly and first and second substantially lateral resin intrusion prevention walls that upwardly from the first surface along a width direction of the base material between the first and second longitudinal resin intrusion prevention walls. Each of the lateral resin intrusion prevention walls comprises a plurality of engaging elements that are arranged in series in a width direction of the first surface.

The fusion-bondable surface fastener comprises a surface fastener, which comprises a base fabric 13 made of a knitted or woven fabric and fastening elements 12 outwardly extending from the base fabric 13, and a fusion-bondable film 11 partly fixed to the surface fastener. The fusion-bondable surface fastener has a region A in which the fastening elements 12 are overlaid with the fusion-bondable film 11 and the fusion-bondable film 11 is fusion-bonded to the surface fastener; a region B in which the fastening elements 12 are overlaid with the fusion-bondable film 11 and the fusion-bondable film 11 is not fusion-bonded to the surface fastener; and a region C in which the fastening elements 12 are not overlaid with the fusion-bondable film 11.

摘要： A silent surface fastener comprises a base part (2), a plurality of engaging elements (3a, 3b) raised from the base part, and a vibration-damping material layer (10) disposed on the back surface of the base part. According to one preferred embodiment, the vibration-damping material layer is disposed on the back surface of the base part through the medium of a bonding layer. The vibration-damping material layer is desired to have a loss tangent (tanδ) at −40 to 40° C. of 0.05-2.5 and a thickness of 0.3-10 mm. According to the other preferred embodiment, the base part is made from a woven or knitted base fabric, the plurality of engaging elements are made of a monofilament, and the fineness of the monofilament is 100-500 T (deciTex).

摘要： A re-sealable container closure label including a base label and a cover label, and a hook-and-loop fastener system and a tamper-evident tear strip is sandwiched therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, the base label is adhered to the front wall of a container, preferably a bag, adjacent an opening in the bag. A flap of the bag is folded downwardly over the opening and adheres to the front wall, the cover label, the two-part hook-and-loop fastener system and the tear strip. In an alternative embodiment, container closure label includes a hook-and-loop fastener system and a tear strip secured only to a base label. This alternative embodiment label is adhered to the front wall of a bag as in the preferred embodiment, except that the flap is adhered directly over the fastener system and tear strip. To open a bag sealed with the re-sealable container closure label, a user pulls the tear strip, which permits the flap to open and form a pour opening. The user may re-seal the flap portion with the hook-and-loop fastener system.

摘要： A vehicle floor mat affixation device includes a noncircular shaped body with an axial extending connector. The connector secures the affixation device to the vehicle floor. A reverse face of the affixation device includes a panel of releasable fastening material that is designed to mate with a similar panel of releasable fastening material in the vehicle floor mat. The present invention resists affixation device pull-out as well as shear forces applied to the mat with respect to the carpeting on which the mat is placed, but nonetheless permits easy removal and replacement of the vehicle floor mat and of the affixation devices without tools.
