    摘要： A lock includes a shackle having a short first portion, a long second portion and a curved portion. The second portion has a groove defined in outside thereof. A body has a first hole and a second hole for receiving the first and second portions respectively. A passage is defined in outside of the body and perpendicularly communicates with the second hole. A positioning unit is located in the passage and has a securing member, a pin and a resilient member. The securing member has a path in which a narrowed section of the pin is inserted. The resilient member biases the pin which is engaged with the groove. When the pin is moved to compress the resilient member, the pin is removed from the groove and the narrowed section is located corresponding to the groove so that the second portion can be removed from the second hole.

    摘要： A tool for loading pin stack elements into a pin tumbler lock includes a cylindrical shank of diameter similar to the diameter of the lock plug, a loading groove extending along at least a shank portion corresponding to the length of the set of pin chambers and intersecting with the shank axis; a set of parallel loading bores formed in the shank, extending between the loading groove and the outer surface of the shank, each loading bore dimensioned to contain pin stack elements, the loading bores further having a spacing along the shank in a direction parallel to its axis equal to the spacing of the chambers; and a loader element mounted within the loading groove in adjustable positioning with respect to the loading bores, operative for selectable transfer of a pin stack element from each loading bore to a chamber in axial registration therewith.

    摘要： A rekeyable lock cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a plug assembly disposed within the cylinder body. The plug assembly comprises a plug body, a plurality of assembled pins, a position block and a rotating member. The plug body has a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and a first through hole. Each of the assembled pins is movably disposed in the plug body and comprises a first rack component and a second rack component selectively engaging with the first rack component. The position block is disposed at the plug body and has a plurality of pin runners for disposing the first rack components and a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole. The rotating member is installed penetrating the first through hole and the second through hole and has a contacting portion located within the second through hole, wherein the position block is capable of being pushed by the contacting portion and moved along the transverse axis-direction of the plug body for disengaging the first rack components from the second rack components.

    摘要： A retainer clip is used for retaining a lock plug within a bore of a lock housing. The retainer clip includes a generally arcuate body disposeable about the plug outer surface and having a radial retention surface positionable generally against a housing end surface so as to prevent axial displacement of the plug along the bore. Two projections are each disposed proximal to a separate end of the body, each projection being disposeable within a separate plug opening when the body is disposed on the plug to retain the clip engaged therewith. The clip body has a hinge, a first arm portion extending between the hinge and one free end and a second arm portion extending between the hinge and the other end. The hinge is configured so that the two arm portions are deflectable generally about the hinge to move with respect to each other during installation and removal.
