    摘要： A lock includes a stationary key mass having a key mass bore and a keyway, and a movable spring mass having a spring mass bore. A spring mass pin is mounted in the spring mass bore, and a key mass pin is mounted in the key mass bore for reciprocation between a locked position immobilizing the spring mass and an unlocked position unconstraining motion. The unlocked position is a function of the presence of a matching key in the keyway. Multiple key mass and spring mass pins can be used, and some can have stepped configurations. Corresponding single-bladed or multi-bladed keys, or multiple keys, can be used. The keys can be straight or curved or flexible to match curved keyways.

    摘要： The invention relates to a cylinder lock comprising housing pins (3) and cylinder core pins (4), wherein the cylinder core pins are formed on the end protruding into the key channel (7) as sensing extensions (8) that are narrower than the diameter of the cylinder core pin and are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the key channel, wherein at least two cylinder core pins have sensing extensions that are different from one another, arranged either centrally along the centre longitudinal plane of the key channel or offset at a distance parallel thereto and are intended for sensing milled incisions (17, 18) on the narrow side(s) (15) of the key, wherein approximately parallel core pin bores with resiliently prestressed core pins (6) that can be moved therein are provided on at least one side of the key channel, which pins have sensing lugs (9) protruding into the key channel and ending at a distance from the centre longitudinal plane for sensing milled incisions (16) at the edge(s) of the narrow side(s) of the key, the distance of the sensing lugs from the centre longitudinal plane being greater than the distance of the sensing extensions of the cylinder core pins arranged offset to the left or right of the centre longitudinal plane.

    摘要： A padlock for adjusting to a length of a lock cylinder includes a padlock housing and a shackle having an unlocked position and a locked position within the padlock housing. A central bore is disposed in a bottom of the padlock housing having a depth longer than the length of the lock cylinder for accepting the lock cylinder within the padlock housing. An adaptable cam is adjustably joinable to a distal end of the lock cylinder for adjusting for a difference between the depth and the length, and for rotatable engagement of the shackle to enable the shackle to move between the locked position and the unlocked position. A lock cap is joinable to an open end of the central bore for retaining the adaptable cam and the lock cylinder within the central bore.

    摘要： A rekeyable lock cylinder includes a cylinder body with a longitudinal axis. A locking bar is disposed in the cylinder body for movement transverse to, and rotationally about, the longitudinal axis. A plug assembly is disposed in the cylinder body and is rotateable between a first position and a second position. The plug assembly has a lock face with a tool receiving aperture. A plurality of pins and a corresponding plurality of racks are disposed in the plug assembly. The plurality of racks is selectively engageable with the plurality of pins. A first member coupled to the plurality of racks is moveable in response to application of a force against the first member by a tool received through the tool receiving aperture. The first member is configured to simultaneously disengage all of the plurality of racks from the plurality of pins in response to the movement of the first member.
