摘要: A dual cut header assembly including a header, a chopper suspended from the header, and an actuator system comprising one or more cylinders. The actuator system solely connects the chopper to the header. The dual cut header assembly further includes at least one sensor for measuring a state of the chopper and an actuator steering module connected to the actuator system. The header is configured to be lifted by an agricultural vehicle to cut crop material from a field at a first height. The chopper is configured to cut the crop material at a second height lower than the first height. The actuator steering module is configured to automatically adapt the distance based on the measured state of the chopper.

The first member mounts the divider body, the second member is slidably connected to and received within the receiving member, and the articulating joint is at least partially received within the receiving member in the unfolded work position such that the first and second members are substantially immobilized and the articulating joint is positioned outside of the receiving member in the folded transport position such that the first and second members are movable relative to one another.

摘要: A crop harvesting header having a frame mounted on a propulsion vehicle has a cutter bar carrying a sickle knife and a draper transport. The draper is guided at its front edge by a longitudinally extending rail mounted on the frame for movement therewith. The cutter bar is mounted on the frame at spaced positions by spring blades attached to a fixed beam at the rear which allow up and down flexing movement of the cutter bar relative to the draper engagement member. At the center discharge the cutter bar is carried on shorter blades which are carried on a beam in front of the front draper roller. The small amount of flexing of the cutter bar combines with a balanced three piece header frame to provide effective ground following.

摘要: A control system for an agricultural work vehicle is provided, the control system includes at least one controller, at least one control input device configured to send control signals to the at least one controller, and a header positioning assembly configured to interchangeably couple a plurality of headers to a chassis of a traction unit. The at least one controller is configured to output a plurality of control commands corresponding to the control signals generated by the at least one control input device, and the control commands are configured to effect movement of the header positioning assembly between the plurality of orientations. An agricultural work vehicle is provided and includes the control system.

The tool-holding arm is connected to a connection member such that it can be mounted on a control arm provided on an agricultural vehicle. The computer can determine a set value for controlling the control arm to enable the tool-holding arm to be raised or lowered on the basis of measurements taken by the sensor for measuring the crop height.

摘要: A ground height gauge assembly is provided. The ground height gauge assembly includes a shaft configured to be rotatably coupled to the header. The ground height gauge assembly includes a first arm coupled to the shaft and configured to simultaneously rotate with the shaft, the first arm defining a first length. The ground height gauge assembly includes a second arm pivotally coupled to the shaft and defining a second length, the second arm configured to be mounted in a first position and a second position. The second length of the second arm is dimensioned greater than the first length of the first arm. In the first position the second arm is configured to rotate independently of the first arm. In the second position the second arm is configured to be coupled to the first arm such that rotation of the first arm simultaneously rotates the second arm.
