摘要： An enteral, nutritional composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of inflammatory conditions of the gastro-intestinal tract; for example Crohn's disease. The composition contains: (i) casein rich in TGF-.beta.2; (ii) a lipid source which provides about 35% to about 50% of energy; and (iii) a carbohydrate source.
