摘要： A bra for securing or supporting breasts of a user with limited mobility can include a front portion having a first panel and a second panel. The first panel can be configured to at least partially surround a first breast and the second panel can be configured to at least partially surround a second breast. First and second lateral side portions can connect a rear portion to the front portion. A band can extend around the front portion below the first panel and the second panel. A closure system can be configured to connect the band to form a continuous circuit. The closure system can include a first lateral adjustment strap, a second lateral adjustment strap, and a slider. The slider can be dimensioned to receive each of the first and second lateral adjustment straps.

摘要： The invention relates to a post-surgical recovery garment. The garment is configured as a bra. The bra is comprised of a right breast sling and a left breast sling. Each breast sling includes a cupped portion. The cupped portions are configured to cup the breast of the user when worn. Each breast sling also includes a shoulder strap that extends from the cupped portion and is configured to go over the user's opposite shoulder. The shoulder straps each include a shoulder strap attachment that extends from an end of the shoulder strap that is farthest from the cupped portion. The shoulder strap attachment portions are configured to attach to fastening portions located on a rear panel of the bra. The rear panel extends from the cupped portion of the right breast sling, across the user's back when worn, to the cupped portion of the left breast sling. The bra also includes a thoracic band. The thoracic band attaches below the back panel and below the right and left breast slings. The thoracic band is configured to go around the user's torso when worn. Additionally, the thoracic band includes a first front closure and a second front closure.

摘要： A post-operative breast support system is provided for use following augmentation mammoplasty to prevent or correct implant migration. The support system includes a pair of straps which extend over the patient's shoulders, then cross one another at the patient's chest, then extend under opposite left and right breasts, then around the patient's back in opposite directions, and then forwardly around the torso to the front of the patient, wherein the ends of the straps are fastened or buckled. 摘要： A harness system for adjusting support of a garment is provided herein. The garment with a harness system includes a body and a liner having harness straps. The harness straps slide through openings in shoulder straps of the body. The harness straps are then laced through a series of maintainers in the back of the body. The harness straps having terminally-located tabs that may be pulled from the back of the body toward the front of the body and affixed thereto. The placement of the tabs, when pulled toward the front of the body and attached thereto, determines the fit and support of the garment. By manipulating the tabs of the harness system, a wearer may adjust the length of the harness straps, back and posture support, and the lift provided by the liner. The harness system creates a customizable fit and support level.
