摘要： A toenail clipper extension device is provided with nail clippers attached to an elongated main extension that enables the user to perform the clipping task from a number of positions, included the upright seated position. A pistol grip handle is on the near end of the device, with a trigger, cord and dual rollers on the extension that cause the nail clipper lever to be pulled when the trigger is pulled. The user is assisted by a mirror and mirror extension arm assembly that provides 360 degree rotational and pivotal positioning of the mirror. Double ball joints are provided in this regard at the joinder of the mirror to the mirror extension arm, and the joinder of the mirror extension arm to the device main extension. The roller closest to the nail clipper assembly is specially sized and positioned within a compartmental enlargement of the main extension, such that the cord approaches the nail clipper lever at an acute angle in the static position. As the cord pulls the lever, the approach angle moves toward ninety degrees, thus providing an optimal approach angle for working the nail clipper lever.

摘要： An applicator for decorating finger nails by applying nail polish to the finger nails is described. The applicator consists of an elongated member having a first end and a handle portion. A foam applicator is formed on the first end of the elongated member. The foam applicator is adapted to produce a non-uniform application of nail polish on the finger nails. Perferably, the foam applicator is made from a foam material having a non-uniform density and a non-uniform cell structure. Natural sponge makes an excellent material for constructing foam applicators for the present invention. The applicator may also include a nail polish applicator pad adapted to apply the nail polish in a substantially uniform fashion.

摘要： A novel nail clipper equipped with a light source is comprised of including but not limited to, two elongated spring arms, a biasing lever, a pivot pin, a light source, an on/off switch and a battery. The two spring arms are rigidly secured at one end and diverge at the other end. Two cutting edges are developed at the ends. The spring arms are pressed together in opposition to their inherent resilient force by a downward pressure on the lever. Upon the downward pressure applied by lever, cutting edges cooperatively engage to clip the nail. The biasing lever is pivoted at one end, to the pin extending through the aligned openings formed by the spring arms and is rotatably mounted so that the lever may be turned 180 degrees and is then put in its stored position for compactness. The light source is installed, including but not limited to, between the two spring arms, on the surface of the biasing lever, on the front surface of upper spring arm and in the pivot pin. The novel light source equipped nail clipper of this invention enables a safe nail cutting as well as picking out small pieces of glass, metal chips and a thorn of wood stuck in the skin all in a dark environment.
