摘要： An assembly for a seat includes a pivot hub defining multiple rotation axes, and a displacing module attached to the pivot hub. Extendable legs are rotatably coupled to the pivot hub and comprise locking devices movable between an unlocked position, in which the legs, when extended, are enabled to retract, and a locked position, in which the legs, when extended, are prevented from retracting. The legs are rotatable between an intermediate position and a deployed position. When the legs are extended, and when in the intermediate position, the displacing module engages the locking devices to move the locking devices from the locked position to the unlocked position. When the legs are extended, rotating the legs from the intermediate position to the deployed position brings the displacing module out of contact with the locking devices.

摘要： Various systems and methods relate to an adaptive chair system having (i) a stowed mode in which the members of the chair frame are contained within a compact flexible multi-function bag (MFB), and (ii) a deployed mode in which the MFB is adapted to releasably couple to an arm of the chair to provide a multipurpose accessory chamber. In an illustrative example, the MFB may, for example, fold in on itself in an accessory mode. The MFB may provide various utilities for hikers, for example, by providing a case to receive an inflatable bladder so as to form a pillow. The MFB may receive a thermal liner adapted to maintain, for example, food or beverage temperature. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a rugged, water resistant MFB system in an ultralight form factor that serves as a multipurpose accessory (e.g., to store items), yet provides a compact, adaptive chair frame containment.

摘要： A chair with armrest connectors includes a backrest, a seat, a pair of armrests, and a supporting frame configured to move the chair between a folded configuration and a deployed configuration. A pair of connectors are secured within cavities disposed on an upper surface of each armrest. The connectors are configured to move between a deployed position extending outwardly from the cavities and a retracted position within the cavities. When deployed, the connectors are configured to removably secure to a supporting frame of a second chair. This allows for multiple chairs to be secured to each other when in a folded configuration. The chair includes adjustable shoulder straps that allow an individual to easily carry the assembly of attached folded chairs supported against the individual's back. The chair may also include additional fasteners or connection mechanisms for supporting additional items against the front side of the individual for improved weight distribution.
