Abstract: A blood pressure-related information display device, for visualizing and displaying information relating to blood pressure surges, is provided with: a blood pressure surge detection unit which, from time series data of blood pressure which changes linked to the subject's pulse, detects a blood pressure surge on the basis of a preset determination standard; a bodily state input unit which, together with the time series data of blood pressure, inputs bodily state information which indicates the bodily state of the subject; an extraction unit which extracts a feature value of the blood pressure surge; a statistical processing unit which performs statistical processing of the extracted feature value of the blood pressure surge; a calculation unit which calculates a feature value of the subject's bodily state; a display processing unit which performs processing for displaying, on a display screen, the correlation between the feature value of the blood pressure surge which was subjected to statistical processing, and the feature value of the bodily state.

Abstract: According to the present invention, blood pressure surges is detected from time-series data on blood pressure of a subject that varies with pulsation based on predetermined determination criteria. A feature amount indicating a characteristic of each blood pressure surge thus detected is obtained. Statistical processing is performed on an occurrence number of the blood pressure surges thus detected and/or the feature amount to obtain a statistical amount for each of time slots. A required attention degree indicating a level of attention being required to the blood pressure surge is obtained for each of the time slots based on the statistical amount of the occurrence number of the blood pressure surges and/or the feature amount. The required attention degree thus obtained and/or the statistical amount are displayed side by side for each of the time slots on a display screen.

Abstract: A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis based on DC components of a plurality of a pressure detecting elements included in at least one of element rows. Then, the sensor section is pressed against the body surface in a state that the sensor section is controlled in the optimal roll angle, the pulse wave is detected based on pressure signals detected from the pressure detecting elements and the vital information is calculated based on the detected pulse wave.

Abstract: In the present invention, date and time are set in a horizontal direction and blood pressure is set in a vertical direction on a display screen, and a change in a blood pressure value over a display target period is displayed as a bar graph with vertical bars each formed by connecting SBP and DBP for each time and arranged in the horizontal direction. When a position corresponding to a vertical bar at a specific time on the display screen is designated with a pointing device, blood pressure value data measured for each day at the specific time are averaged over the display target period to obtain a systolic blood pressure average value and/or a diastolic blood pressure average value, according to the position designated. The obtained systolic blood pressure average value and/or diastolic blood pressure average value is displayed together with the bar graph on the display screen.

Abstract: The present invention has a normal blood pressure measurement mode in which a blood pressure measurement is performed according to a blood pressure measurement instruction, and a nighttime blood pressure measurement mode in which a blood pressure measurement is automatically started according to a predetermined schedule. When being switched by an mode operation unit from the normal blood pressure measurement mode to the nighttime blood pressure measurement mode, an algorithm for blood pressure calculation by an oscillometric method is switched and set from an algorithm for a sitting position to an algorithm for a supine position. A blood pressure value is calculated using an algorithm currently set for the blood pressure calculation by the oscillometric method.

On a display screen, a curve indicating the representative waveform is displayed with the curve superimposed on a region indicating the waveform variation among the blood pressure surges.

Abstract: A biometric information measurement device intermittently measures biometric information from a living body. The personal identifying section deletes the determination result when a time period in which the device is determined to be in the unattached state exceeds a predetermined time period.

Abstract: A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis and a rotation angle about the first axis in a state where the sensor section is pressed against the body surface with a prescribed pressing force. After determining the optimal roll angle and the optimal pitch angle, the control unit reduces the pressing force to a reset value smaller than the prescribed pressing force and larger than zero, increases the pressing force from this state, detects a pulse wave based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements during the increase, and calculates vital information based on the detected pulse wave.
