    摘要: An automatic cleaning device for a ring hammer crusher, and a ring hammer crusher having the automatic cleaning device are provided. The automatic cleaning device includes an automatic cleaning assembly at a back side of a feeding opening of a crushing chamber of the ring hammer crusher; the automatic cleaning assembly includes a material meeting disk and a cleaning blocking rod; the material meeting disk is connected to a drive member and is driven by the drive member to rotate, and the cleaning blocking rod is fixed to the crushing chamber and is cooperated with a material meeting surface of the material meeting disk for cleaning. The ring hammer crusher having the automatic cleaning device has a simple structure and convenient operation, thus improving cleaning effect.

A hammermill hammer comprises a metal composite comprising a plurality of inserts and a body portion disposed between each of the plurality of inserts. The composition of the plurality of inserts is different than composition of the body portion. The material of the plurality of inserts has a greater abrasion resistance than the material of the body portion and the material of the body portion has a greater impact resistance than the material of the inserts. The hammers produced have improved wear resistance and longer useful life compared to conventional hammermill hammers.

    摘要: A waste substance is crushed and separated into a crushed waste metallic substance and a crushed waste non-metallic substance by the crushing in the fine adjustment in mm unit and striking by hammers, and then discharged out of a shredder through box-shaped spaces having an inclined plane of an inclined upper shredder damper rocking by the fine adjustment in mm unit of the shredder. Thereby the waste substance is crushed and separated securely and efficiently, and the crushed waste metallic substance in 2-5 mm unit and the crushed waste non-metallic substance can be manufactured in the state that they are valuable as articles of commerce and can be effectively utilized as resources. When the crushed waste metallic substance is supplied to a furnace, the melting speed can be improved and the fuel cost necessary for the melting can be saved. Also the invention contributes to prevention of abuses such as environmental pollution by soot and smoke and the contamination of the atmosphere.

    摘要: A material collider system for reducing the size of solid particulate material fed into the system is disclosed. The collider system includes a pair of interconnected cylindrical chambers each having a rotatable rotor assembly which includes a plurality of disc sets and rigidly mounted thrust guides. The rotor assemblies are aligned in parallel relation and operate in a counter rotating manner. The thrust guides are mounted to the disc sets so as to extend radially outwardly of the disc sets and each thrust guide is maintained in a substantially rigid position by a shear pin. In one embodiment, the thrust guides of the two rotors are arranged in an alternating, interdigitating pattern. The disc sets may be offset along the length of the rotor assemblies such that the thrust guides form a 360 degree spiral pattern. The rotor assemblies are operated by motors secured outside of the chambers. Sealing means prevent materials from escaping the chambers and causing damage to the drive system of the material collider.

    摘要: A discharge mechanism for meat-comminuting machine is disclosed, which comprises a housing structure and a discharge rotor. The housing structure defines a discharge chamber adapted to receive meat comminuted by the meat-comminuting machine, through a front mouth of the discharge chamber, and defines a back wall of the discharge chamber and a cylindrical wall thereof. The discharge rotor is arranged to be rotatably driven in the discharge chamber for discharging the comminuted meat from the discharge chamber, through an outlet of the cylindrical wall, via centrifugal force. The discharge rotor has a hub extending axially, an annular flange extending radially from a back end of the hub and having an inner, circumferential edge and an outer, circumferential edge, which is close to but spaced by a circumferential gap from the other, circumferential wall, and fins extending radially from the hub, toward the other, circumferential edge, and axially from a front face of the annular flange, toward a front end of the hub. The discharge rotor has formations on the back face of the annular flange, either spiral grooves or spiral ribs, for removing any comminuted meat tending to accumulate between the back face of the annular flange and the back wall of the discharge chamber structure by displacing the tending-to-accumulate meat radially outwardly toward the outer, circumferential edge of the annular flange, via centrifugal force. The hub has a hollow portion opening backwardly. A tube extending into the discharge chamber, through a hole in the back wall of the discharge chamber, into the hollow portion of the hub is used for drawing a partial vacuum within the discharge chamber.
