    摘要: An infeed protection device for a rolling mill, comprising a housing and a plurality of parallel rotating rollers. A product infeed is formed by two of the rollers which rotate about rotational axes arranged parallel with one another and arranged at an adjustable roller space with respect to one another. The infeed protection device comprises a profile which is arranged parallel with the rollers forming the product infeed and extends over the length of the product infeed. In an infeed direction of the rotating rollers, the profile is upstream of the rollers forming the product infeed. At least one vertical through-opening is formed in the profile. A space is formed between the profile and the rollers. The infeed protection device further comprises a holder for fastening the infeed protection device to the housing of the rolling mill.

    摘要: The invention relates to a press roller for a roller press, in particular for briquetting, compacting or grinding granular material, having a roller core (1) and a roller sleeve fastened to the exterior of the roller core (1), said sleeve being composed of a plurality of segments (2), distributed over the circumference, with mutually facing lateral faces (3). The segments (2) have clamping shoulders (5) which extend around the front faces and have first clamping surfaces (8). The segments (2) are releasably fastened at each front face to the roller core (1) by means of at least one fastening ring (6), said fastening ring fitting over the clamping shoulders (5) of the segments (2). The front faces (12) and/or clamping shoulders (5) of the segments (2), in the front face edge regions associated with the lateral faces (3), have outer material reinforcements (13) which protrude outwardly relative to the first clamping surface (8) in the radial direction and/or relative to the front face (12) in the axial direction and define, together with the clamping surfaces (8), pocket-type recesses (14) in between them in the circumferential direction, second clamping surfaces (9) of the fastening ring (6) resting against said pocket-type recesses.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a machine frame for a roll crusher that has two side walls and two end walls, where the mentioned end walls accommodate the storage of the rolls. The end walls are split horizontally in the area of the mounting of the rollers, and vertically between the mountings of the upper part. One advantage is that to remove a roller, removal of the respective upper end wall is sufficient. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adjacent upper parts of the end walls do not touch. An advantage of this is that tilting of the end wall upper parts among each other or in contact with the side walls is prevented during removal. Furthermore, the gap resulting from the distance between the front wall upper parts in the preferred embodiment would be sealed, with the advantage that no material and dust can exit.

A processor apparatus may comprise a housing and at least two generally cylindrical rolls rotatably mounted on the housing, with a gap being formed between the rolls through which the path of the crop materials passes. At least one roll may have alternating longitudinal ridges and grooves forming teeth on the surface of the roll. A rotating assembly may be configured to rotate the rolls with respect to the housing, the rotating assembly being configured to rotate the pair of rolls at different rotational speeds. A method may comprise cutting plants growing in a field, chopping the plants of the crop materials in a manner to produce pieces of the plants that have lengths of approximately 1 inch to approximately 2.5 inches long, and processing the plant pieces between the rolls rotating at a speed differential of at least 10 percent.
