    摘要: In a die-side ejector device for presses, a stationary press die cooperates with a press ram on a press frame in order to shape a blank introduced into a bore of the press die. An ejector pin is displaceably provided in a bore in the press frame, said ejector pin being biased against an ejector lever which is pivotable by an actuator lever between a starting position and a final ejection position and which is supported, on its side facing away from the ejector pin in its starting position, on a pressure piece on the press frame. The ejector lever is pivotably arranged on a carrier part, which is displaceable on the press frame, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the ejector pin and in parallel with the plane of pivot of the actuator lever, between two stops and is provided, in order to contact the pressure piece, with a shaped surface which may be brought into areal contact with a complementary shaped surface on the pressure piece, wherein both shaped surfaces maintain their areal, complementary contact in the starting position of the ejector pin even upon displacement of the carrier part.

    摘要: A press for transforming work pieces including a drive apparatus for driving at least one press tappet and at least one tappet element. The drive apparatus is connected with at least one extractor element through a lever linkage. A tool with a tool lower element and a tool upper element which is mounted on the press tappet. At least one extractor element is provided to extract the work piece following the transformation process. A coupling which connects the drive apparatus with at least one extractor element or disengages it therefrom. At least one measuring sensor which is part of a triggering apparatus arranged inside the lever linkage and which is in a position to measure the force acting on the extractor element continuously. The triggering apparatus is provided to disengage the coupling in the event of a deviation of the force value measured continuously by at least one measuring sensor from a force standard value specified in reference to a certain point in the motion of the extractor element by a certain amount.

    摘要: A workpiece ejector and transfer apparatus adapted to automatically extract a workpiece from a tool after work has been performed, and thereby reduce the cycle time for the operation. The apparatus includes a cylinder, a pair of cam plates adapted to convert the reciprocating motion of the cylinder into a rotational motion, and an engagement portion adapted to engage and unload the workpiece. When the cylinder is actuated, the cam plates are initially translated in an upward direction, and thereafter rotated. The initial upward translation of the cam plates is intended to engage and lift a processed workpiece such that it has sufficient clearance from its tool, whereas the rotation of the cam plates acts to transfer the processed workpiece such that the tool can accommodate a new workpiece. The processed workpiece is preferably transferred to a temporary retaining device while the new workpiece is loaded.

    摘要: A press system having a frame, a slide, a first die element on the slide, and a knockout assembly. The slide is movable guidingly relative to the frame in a predetermined path between a first position and a second position. The first die element has a forming surface against which a workpiece can be borne to conform the workpiece to the forming surface as the slide is moved from the first position towards the second position. The knockout assembly has an ejecting element that is movable selectively relative to the first die element between extended and retracted positions. The ejecting element causes a workpiece conformed to the forming surface to be separated from the forming surface as an incident of the ejecting element moving from its retracted position into its extended position. The knockout assembly further includes a knockout bar and at least a first knockout pin. The knockout bar is movable relative to the slide between a retracted position and an extended position and causes the ejecting element to move from its retracted position into its extended position as an incident of the knockout bar moving from its retracted position and into its extended position. The at least first knockout pin causes the knockout bar to be moved from its retracted position into its extended position as an incident of the slide moving from the second position into the first position. The first knockout pin and the knockout bar have an operative relationship that is variable from a location remote from the first knockout pin.
