    摘要: There is proposed a variable stroke assembly having a primary crank, the primary crank having a primary axis of rotation; a hypocycloid gear set having at least one internal gear and at least one spur gear, the internal gear having an axis of rotation that coincides with the primary axis of rotation of the primary crank and the spur gear having a secondary axis of rotation, wherein the primary crank cooperatively engages and rotates within the internal gear about the primary axis of rotation, the spur gear pivotally mounted on the primary crank such that the secondary axis of rotation is offset from the primary axis of rotation; a secondary crank having a third axis of rotation, wherein the secondary crank cooperatively engages the spur gear such that the third axis of rotation is further offset from the primary and secondary axis of rotation; a connecting rod, with a first and second end, the first end of connecting rod is pivotally connected to the secondary crank, wherein operation the connecting rod travels in a substantially linear motion that translates into rotational motion of the secondary crank, spur gear and primary crank.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a dual capacity compressor for preventing relative movement from taking place between components. For this, the present invention provides a dual capacity compressor including a power generating part (20) having a reversible motor (21, or 22) and a crank shaft (23) inserted in the motor (21, or 22), a compression part (30) having a cylinder (32), a piston (31), and a connecting rod (33), a crank pin (110) in an upper part of the crank shaft (23) eccentric from an axis of the crank shaft (23), an eccentric sleeve (120) rotatably fitted between the crank pin (110) and an end of the connecting rod (33), a key member (130, or 230) configured such that the key member is held at at least a part of the eccentric sleeve (120), and held at the eccentric sleeve (120) additionally during operation, for latching the eccentric sleeve (120) with the crank pin (110) positively in both direction rotation of the motor.

    摘要: In order to arrive at an eccentric mechanism which ensures that the eccentricity or the connecting rod stroke position is adjustable and after turning off the eccentric mechanism always is identical to the one before turning on the eccentric mechanism, the invention proposes that the cylinder shaped eccentric (16) of the eccentric shaft (10) is pivoted in the cylinder bore of an eccentric bush in a manner that ensures that when the eccentric mechanism is at a standstill concentricity is obtained when the eccentricities of the eccentric shaft and the cylinder bore of the eccentric bush cancel each other out while when the eccentric shaft (10) rotates due to the centrifugal force on at least one actuator (27) a counter-rotation of eccentric shaft and eccentric bush occurs automatically due to the centrifugal force while canceling the concentricity and the eccentricity becomes effective on the main drive pinion of the eccentric mechanism or vice versa.

    摘要: A swing drive, in particular a reciprocating drive for moulds in continuous casting plants, has a balance beam structure with which a lifting rod actuated by an overhung crank engages. The shaft of the overhung crank is eccentrically mounted in a driving toothed wheel of the swing gear and the crank radius is equal to the distance between the axes of the driving toothed wheel and the crank shaft. The crank shaft is adjustable in the direction of the crank circle and the crank pin is pivotable relative to the axis of the driving toothed wheel.
