摘要: An accumulated wear amount calculation section calculates a wear amount of a blade edge of a punch and a wear amount of a blade edge of a die when a tool set of the punch and the die has processed a sheet metal once. The accumulated wear amount calculation section calculates an accumulated wear amount of the blade edge of the punch and an accumulated wear amount of the blade edge of the die by accumulating wear amounts of respective times when the tool set has processed the sheet metal multiple times. A tool management information managing section manages a state of the blade edge of each punch and each die by causing a tool management information storage section to store tool management information associating a tool identification code given to each punch and each die with the accumulated wear amounts calculated by the accumulated wear amount calculation section.

摘要: A die assembly including an in-die tapping sensor assembly having a magnetic sensor and magnet for detecting the position of the tapping head is disclosed. For example, the magnetic sensor may be disposed along an outer housing cooperating with an actuator having a tip configured to receive the tapping head. The actuator may include the magnet such that when the magnet and magnetic sensor are aligned the magnet triggers the magnetic sensor and the tapping head is retracted.

摘要: The present invention provides a rotating-layering mold whereby a punched sheet is rotated according to a prescribed angle and layered by an upper mold and a lower mold working in tandem, and provides a press apparatus comprising the rotating-layering mold. A rotating-layering mold comprises a squeeze ring in which is provided a holding hole for holding a punched sheet, the squeeze ring being capable of rotating with respect to a lower mold so that an upper outer circumferential surface of the squeeze ring lies along an inner circumferential surface of the lower mold. The rotating-layering mold further comprises a first thrust bearing, a second thrust bearing, and a radial bearing in order to support the rotation of the squeeze ring with respect to the lower mold.

The embossments are shaped, sized and arranged so as to limit orthogonal deflection of the sheet from a mechanical impulse directed normal to the bottom surface of the sheet at the plurality of embossments.

摘要: A multi-water-channel hot stamping die includes an upper die base and insert, a lower die base insert. The upper and lower die bases are provided with a water channel, which is provided with die cavities, in which water through openings are arranged and in communication. A caliber of water through openings is smaller than die cavities, introducing turbulence into the cooling medium in the water channels and the die cavities thus improving cooling efficiency. Die cavities are arranged in the main water channel in a non-single straight line, water retaining blocks are placed at water through openings of the die cavities. A plurality of cooling zones is formed A plurality of inserts is correspondingly arranged in cooling zones, so that the of inserts are cooled simultaneously. Targeted control over cooling water flow of the main water channel is effected by supplying certain inserts with water.
