    摘要: A template holding jig for holding a template for use with a router for routing a workpiece is provided. The holding jig may also be part of a workpiece joining jig that includes a plurality of templates. The template holding jig includes a template support, a workpiece support and a template guide. The template support defines a template support plane. The workpiece support defines a workpiece support plane extending perpendicular to the template support plane. The template guide defines at least one abutment preventing motion of a template located on the template support parallel to a first axis being parallel to the workpiece support plane and parallel to the template support plane. The at least one abutment permits motion of the template parallel to a second axis being orthogonal to the workpiece support plane and perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the template support plane.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an adjusting device of wafer machine, which includes a rotary adjustment assembly that is rotatable to cause the rotation of a rod so as to displace a support block thereby elevating or lowering a support post. A balance board is thus caused to move a wafer substrate so as to realize balancing of wafer through the support post, whereby efficient adjustment of the wafer machine to a balanced position can be achieved without extra expense of time in adjustment operation and thus accelerating the time of manufacturing process and providing extremely high precision and further effectively reducing the potential risk of damage caused by over-adjustment.

    摘要: A portable, rotary power tool includes a guide roller and a special designed cutter mounted to the spindle of the tool. The rotary tool is presented to a lens blank mounted to a lens defining pattern. The guide roller engages and follows the shape defining lens pattern while the special designed cutter contacts and removes material from the lens blank being contoured. The cutter may be square and include a further shape defining cutting surface thereon for providing a bevel to the lens edge. In a further embodiment, a rotary power tool similar to the above device, including the guide roller and cutter, is mounted to a support fixture. The fixture includes a pivoting arm assembly to which a lens blank and lens defining pattern are mounted. The pivot arm assembly is rotatable toward and away from the cutter carried by the rotary tool such that the cutter engages and removes material from the lens blank dependant upon the shape defined by the lens pattern. The pivot arm includes apparatus for rotating the lens blank about an axis while being contoured. The fixture may include a heating/cutting device for initial bulk shaping of the lens blank being contoured.

    摘要: An automatic screwdriver is mounted on a coordinately movable slide structure to shift horizontally to various positions above a workpiece and also to shift vertically to drive screws into the workpiece. A stylus which moves with the slide structure coacts with an overhead template to locate the gun in precise preselected driving positions over the workpiece. Jaws hold the screw as the screwdriver is advanced downwardly and are cammed open during driving of the screw. A link stops the jaws a predetermined distance above the workpiece to permit the jaws to open in the event another screw or other obstruction is located closely adjacent the screw being driven.
