摘要: In a self-detecting apparatus for workpiece-origin, a mobile machine tool having the self-detecting apparatus, a method for self-detecting the workpiece-origin, the self-detecting apparatus is equipped to the mobile machine tool and includes a vision sensor and a transmitting unit. The vision sensor obtains a point image marked to the workpiece, and detects a position of a workpiece-origin based on coincidence of focuses of the points. The transmitting unit provides an information obtained by the vision sensor to the mobile machine tool. The mobile machine tool is moved to the workpiece-origin, so as to coincide the focuses of the points, based on the provided point image obtained by the vision sensor.

摘要: The present invention includes a table (2) for placing a workpiece (Wa) thereon, a supporting mechanism (10) including a rotary shaft (15, 16) and supporting the table (2) so as to be able to rock the table (2) about an axial center of the rotary shaft (15, 16), a first drive motor (20) rotating the rotary shaft (15) of the supporting mechanism (10) to rock the table (2), a balance imparting mechanism (30) imparting a balance load to the rotary shaft (15) in accordance with a position of rocking of the table (2), and a controller (50) controlling the first drive motor (20). The balance imparting mechanism (30) includes an eccentric disc (31) having a circular plate shape and connected at a position eccentric from a center thereof to the rotary shaft (15), a housing (32) holding an outer periphery of the eccentric disc (31) via a bearing (33), and a load imparting unit (35) imparting the balance load to the housing (32) in a direction intersecting an axis of the rotary shaft (15).

Two swivel tables for clamping workpieces are arranged between the wheels and are each mounted on the wheels to swivel about a swivel axis which runs parallel to the axis of rotation. In each prominent angular position, one of the swivel tables is located in its working position in which clamped workpieces can be machined with the tools. Both wheels are supported at their rim.

摘要: An apparatus for machining a workpiece with a tool has a columnar housing having an upright front face and a pair of upright and parallel side walls extending horizontally rearward from the front face, a carriage movable at least vertically on the front face carries a first holder for the workpiece or the tool. A U-shaped frame juxtaposed with the housing front face has two rigid arms each extending rearward adjacent the housing side walls with interfitting guides between each of the arms and the respective side wall enabling horizontal movement of the frame toward and away from the front face. A second holder on the frame and in front of the front wall holds the tool or the workpiece and is engageable with the workpiece or the tool, respectively, in the first holder.

摘要: A turret (11) is clamped to a tool rest main body (10) by a pair of coupling members (27). During indexing rotation for selecting a tool, the tool rest main body (10) and the turret (11) are moved relatively in a Z-axis direction, and the pair of coupling members (27) are unclamped. At this time, the tool rest main body (10) is moved in the Z-axis direction relative to a lathe main body (100) in synchronization with the relative movement in the Z-axis direction between the tool rest main body (10) and the turret (11). This movement of the tool rest main body (10) is adjusted in direction and moving distance so that the relative movement between the turret (11) and a spindle table (1) is eliminated. As a result of this movement control, the turret (11) and the tool fitted to the former do not have relative displacement to the spindle table (1) and to a work, so that the danger of mutual interference among these constituent elements and the work can be eliminated.
