A mounting fixture secured on the inner flange of the positioning sleeve comprises a mounting plate fixed on the inner flange of the positioning sleeve. A rotating positioning plate is pivotally installed on the mounting plate. The mounting plate and the rotating positioning plate are provided with a mechanism for fixing in the closed position. The movable platform is provided with height-adjustable rotatable wheel supports. A catcher is fixed on the outer flange of the positioning sleeve for primary storage of cut trepans and collection of chips.

摘要: A drill apparatus including an inner tube, an outer tube slidably received within the outer tube, and a pole extension mechanism. The pole extension mechanism comprises a pole advance gear having pole advance gear teeth, and a drive gear having drive gear teeth, the drive gear being coaxial with and fixedly attached to the pole advance gear so that the two gears rotate together. The pole advance gear teeth are received in aligned spaced apart apertures in the outer tube. The pole extension mechanism further includes a lever arm having an end pivotally mounted on the support collar at a lever arm pivot point coaxial with the drive gear and the pole advance gear. The pole extension mechanism further includes a stop pawl pivotally mounted on the support collar for rotation between where the stop pawl engages the drive gear and prevents downward movement of the pole inner tube relative to the pole outer tube, and where the stop pawl does not engage the drive gear, and a drive pawl piece pivotally mounted on the lever arm near the lever arm end.

摘要: A magnet sensing portable autonomous device includes a platform. A plurality of wheel sets is coupled to the platform. A drive system is used for driving the plurality of wheels. An attachment mechanism is positioned on an underside of the platform for securing the device to a surface. A control board is used for controlling the operation of the device. In some embodiments, a drill spindle assembly is coupled to the platform. A drill feed assembly is coupled to the drill spindle assembly for raising and lowering the drill spindle assembly. A plurality of sensors are operable to sense one or more magnets disposed below the surface. A drive table is used for positioning the drill spindle assembly in an XY plane based on an output of said plurality of sensors.

摘要: A remote-controlled actuator assembly includes a guide section (3) of an elongated shape, a distal end member (2) fitted to a tip end of the guide section for alteration in attitude, an operating tool (1) in the distal end member, and a restraining tool (6) for aligning the distal end member straight with the guide section. The distal end member is altered in attitude through advancing/retracting attitude altering members (31) in the guide section by attitude altering drive sources (43), which are controlled by an attitude control unit (62). An advance or retraction position detector (45) detects an advance/retraction position of the attitude altering members while the attitude altering members applying a preload to the distal end member restrained by the restraining tool. The attitude control unit uses the detection value as information on the advance/retraction position corresponding to an initial position-attitude of the distal end member.

The system allows for extremely accurate match drilling of parts with multiple, variable hole vectors. In addition, the system is adjustable in the Z-axis, which allows infinite and precise drill tip positioning prior to drilling to increase accuracy and manage chip exit. Interchangeable drill adaptors internal to the quill sleeve allow for a wide size range of drills to be used.
