    摘要: The invention relates to a system for the production of slabs of composite material characterized by a particular unloading system of the material from the mixers (1, 2) to a homogenizing disc (7) so as to provide a constant, homogeneous composition of the material in the different working cycles, and by a particular distribution system of the material into the rubber moulds (23) so that the material is not further moved once unloaded from the homogenizing disc. The latter condition allows, in addition to the aesthetic uniformity of the product, further colours and different mixtures to be added to the slab being formed.

    摘要: In a treatment and mixing machine, a cylindrical container is rotatable about an upwardly extending axis and the axis is disposed at an acute angle to the horizontal. Materials are discharged from the container through a closeable aperture centrally arranged in its bottom surface. A support post extends into the container from its upper end and a deflector plate with an arcuate shape transverse to the axis of the container is mounted at the lower end of the post and extends from the inner periphery of the container to the adjacent outer periphery of the discharge aperture. The deflector plate is short in the axial direction of the container relative to the axial dimension of the container. Another deflector plate is pivotally mounted on the support post and is movable in the axial direction of the container for controlling the turbulence of the mixing action. The axially movable deflector plate is located behind the other deflector plate in the direction of the path of rotation of the container. Extending downwardly into the material in the container is at least one rotatable tool which is located below the apex of the path of rotation of the container. In use, the container is rotated at a speed so that the centrifugal forces acting on the parts of the material are greater than the weight of the parts and a turbulent mixing action is developed.

    摘要: Disclosed is a deagglomeration apparatus, to improve the quality of a mixture used for the production of concrete blocks. An illustrative embodiment of the deagglomerator comprises a vertical shaft high-shear mixer, wherein a rotational force (hydraulic or electric) is mounted to a vertical shaft onto which are mounted chains and/or knives, housed within a flexible rubber “boot” or tube. The deagglomerator is configured to be controllably powered, to rotate the shaft and the attached tools. Partially mixed formula is introduced to a top region of the deagglomerator, and falls downwardly past the rotating tools wherein the formula is pulverized and mixed, before exiting the lower area of the mixing region.
