摘要： A process for the manufacture of a protecting and immobilizing element of the mattress-like type consists in providing containing means (2, 20) and a layer of flexible material (3, 21) inside them, with the peripheral edges (4, 22) of the flexible layer (3, 21) protruding from the containing means (2, 20). Anchoring means (5) and a first netting structure (6, 23) are also arranged inside the containing means (2, 20) so that the netting structure (6, 23) is in direct contact with the flexible layer (3, 21) and the anchoring means (5) pass through the netting structure at predetermined positions (12, 25). The containing means (2, 20) are then filled with a filling material (7) comprising solid and/or fluid elements, and a second netting structure (8) is superposed on the filling material. Finally, by superposing, at least partially, the peripheral edges (4, 22) of the flexible layer (3, 21), a closed cover is produced from which the ends (11, 27) of the anchoring means (5) protrude.

摘要： A method of making molds for the production of golf balls is disclosed. A hob is made having an imperfectly spherical arcuate surface that is composed of at least two different arcs in continuous arrangement to each other. A mold half is formed using the hob so that the imperfectly spherical hob creates an imperfectly spherical golf ball cavity within the mold half. When used to make golf balls, the imperfectly spherical cavity results in golf balls having a higher degree of sphericity than golf balls made by spherical hobs and mold half cavities.

摘要： A method for preparing a mold form includes forming a mold blank having a surface corresponding to the surface of the article desired and enclosing the mold blank in an open ended enclosure. A thin layer of polymer resin, preferably polyurea is sprayed on the surface of the mold blank and allowed to cure. Heat transfer tubing is inserted over the resin layer. A mixture of metallic pellets and epoxy are inserted over the heat transfer tubing and then another layer of resin is sprayed over the mixture. After the resin has cured, the mold blank is removed to expose the mold form having an outer surface of polyurea.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for preparation of test bodies for analysis of porous, preferably thermally sprayed, surface layers, which are incorporated by casting in plastic. The method according to the invention is carried out by placing one or more test pieces of the surface layer in a mould introduced into a vacuum chamber, the pressure of which is lowered, pouring a ready-mixed, liquid casting resin into the mould containing the test pieces, again letting the air in into the chamber, lifting the test pieces out of the casting resin and allowing excess of casting resin to drip from the test pieces, and after that they are placed in a mould cavity of a hot moulding press, filling said mould cavity together with the test pieces with a pulverized resin, and applying pressure and heat to the mould cavity for a predetermined period of time, whereupon the test body is ready to be taken out and lapped.

The process begins by blending selected volumes of epoxy and aggregate into a vessel. A selected portion of the blended mixture is poured into a mold of selected geometry. A first piece of interlocking screening material is positioned over the first selected portion of the blended mixture. A second selected portion of the blended mixture is poured over the first interlocking screening material. A second piece of interlocking screening material is positioned over the second selected portion of the blended mixture. A selected portion of an adhering material is embedded into the top surface of the second interlocking screening material and the second selected portion of the blended molded mixture. The mold is cured and the product is released from the mold.
