In embodiments. such a method comprises irradiating a curable composite with a focal spot of a focused ultrasound beam. the curable composite comprising a porous material having a solid matrix defining pores distributed throughout the solid matrix and a curable composition comprising prepolymers filling the pores. to form at least one cured region of polymer within the curable composite so as to provide a resin object comprising an interpenetrating network comprising the solid matrix of the porous material entangled with the polymer of the at least one cured region.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a vane made of composite material for a turbomachine, including the steps of three-dimensional fibre weaving and producing a fibrous preform, reinforcing an edge of the preform intended to form a leading edge of a blade of the vane, by integrating a metallic reinforcement on this edge, mounting the preform and the reinforcement in a mould, densifying the preform by a matrix to form the vane, wherein, prior to the integration of the reinforcement, the method includes a step of introducing at least one reinforcement support configured to be interposed between the reinforcement and the edge, and wherein at the densification step, the support is enveloped with the matrix to bond the edge and the reinforcement with a predefined and homogeneous minimum thickness.

摘要: A wiring harness for coupling electronic components includes a hollow trunk sleeve and a hollow branch sleeve. The trunk sleeve includes one or more notches and bends spaced apart along its length. The branch sleeve is interconnected to the trunk sleeve at each corresponding notch, with each branch sleeve open to the trunk sleeve through the respective notch. A bundle of wires extends through the trunk sleeve, with a sub-set of the bundle extending through each notch and corresponding branch sleeve. A first encapsulation layer is disposed about the trunk and branch sleeve at each interconnection separately secures each branch sleeve to the trunk sleeve. A second encapsulation layer is disposed about each bend to maintain the trunk sleeve in a desired pre-defined pattern with each first and second encapsulation layer being separated such that at least a portion of the trunk sleeve is free of the encapsulation layers.

摘要: A method for preparing a fully soft self-powered vibration sensor mainly uses a laser carbonization technology to prepare a two-dimensional porous carbon electrode with an origami structure, and then transfers the two-dimensional porous carbon electrode to a three-dimensional polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) cavity through mold transfer; Finally, a laser engraving technology is used to create microstructures on surfaces of the porous carbon electrode and a PDMS film. The sensor includes the PDMS film, a liquid metal droplet oscillator, a porous out-of-plane carbon electrode, and a 3D PDMS cavity assembled tightly from top to bottom. The sensor works based on the triboelectric nanogenerator principle, when the sensor is excited by vibrations, contact and triboelectrification at an interface of the liquid metal droplet oscillator and PDMS film charge both objects, making contact surfaces carry stable charges, which allows the movement of the liquid metal droplet oscillator to output current through electrostatic induction.

摘要: An apparatus for selectively coating a portion of a wire bundle apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a base member, a vertical member, a horizontal member, a clamp apparatus, and an attachment member. The horizontal member is mounted to the vertical member for translation between at least a first position and a second position. The clamp apparatus includes a lower die element mounted to the horizontal member and a lower die element mounted to the base member including a cavity. The attachment member includes wire cutouts and is mounted to the lower die element such that the wire cutouts are in substantial registration with the cavity. The wire cutouts are arranged with the cavity to separate wires of a wire apparatus disposed therein such that a coating material introduced within the cavity fully coats each of the wires when the horizontal member is in the second position.
