    摘要: A method for producing a multilayer molded article in which an skin material having nap on the outer surface thereof is integrally molded with a substrate of a synthetic resin, using a mold comprising a pair of male and female mold halves. In this method, after the fabric skin material and the molten resin are clamped in the mold and primary cooling is carried out, the mold is opened halfway to form a predetermined gap between the mold halves, and the molten synthetic resin undergoes secondary cooling and hardens while the mold is held in the half-open state. In the present invention, the time period for the operation to open the mold halfway is set at one second or less. By limiting the half-opening operation time period to the short period of one second or less, recovery of the nap is reliably achieved without the nap tending to stay flattened. Moreover, because the transition from the primary cooling step to the secondary cooling step occurs in a short period of time, problems such as inadequate cooling of the molten synthetic resin do not occur.

    摘要: A thin film keypad includes a retainer sheet and a plurality of keycaps molded onto keycap attachment regions on the retainer sheet such that the keys are mechanically secured to the retainer sheet. The retainer sheet is made of a thin film material, such as polycarbonate or polyester, and each keycap attachment region includes at least a hole and/or at least one retainer anchor portion. The keycaps are molded from a plastic material, such as polycarbonate or polyester, ABS or a polycarbonate/ABS blend. The thin film material is placed in a molding tool and the plastic material is injected into a keycap mold cavity such that the plastic material flows through the holes and/or around the retainer anchor portions, thereby anchoring the keycaps to the retainer sheet.

    摘要: A high voltage transformer for a microwave oven includes a core, and primary and secondary coils. An insulation molding part encloses at least a part of the secondary coil and has a sensor accommodation portion formed therein. A temperature sensor is accommodated in the sensor accommodating portion for detecting temperature of the secondary coil. The sensor accommodating portion can be formed inside of the insulation molding part together with the temperature sensor, or formed outside of the insulation molding part in a pocket shape. With either configuration, the temperature sensor can be positioned at the correct sensor position, thereby improving the detecting accuracy of the temperature sensor. In addition, it is easy to repair and/or replace the temperature sensor.

The elastic doll includes a trunk (1), arms (2) and legs (3) in which a skeleton member (7) is embedded. The skeleton member (7) is constituted by first cores (8) made of metal and arranged at sites in the doll corresponding to joints and second cores made of rigid synthetic resin and arranged at sites in the doll corresponding to distal ends thereof and positions between joints adjacent to each other. The first cores (8) and second cores (9) are connected to each other, wherein the first cores (8) are covered with synthetic resin (6a) as required. The skeleton member (7) is covered with a skin/flesh member (6) made of soft synthetic resin.

The method includes positioning blanks into a mold cavity over top of a mold ring. The blanks are secured to the mold ring and the blank is secured to the mold cavity via a vacuum. The two piece mold is mated together and a substrate is injected into the mold cavity. The cavity is opened, the ring is lifted and the formed part is removed from the mold.

    摘要: A method of producing a bead inductor includes the steps of forming an outer portion outside of a conductor coil, and forming a molded body with the conductor coil embedded therein. The outer portion is formed outside of the conductor coil by disposing the conductor coil in a cavity defined by first and second mold portions, with first and second gates formed in the first mold portion, inserting first and second spacer pin portions, which define a spacer pin which passes through the conductor coil and extends to and closes the second gate, and supplying material containing magnetic powder into the mold cavity from the first gate. The molded body is formed by closing the first gate after the formation of the outer portion, and supplying from the second gate material containing magnetic powder into a space formed by removing the spacer pin portions.
