摘要： A printing screen comprises a screen printing foil and a sub-frame component secured to an edge of the foil, wherein the foil is formed with cut-outs defining deflectable parts of the foil to be deflected out of the plane of the remainder thereof, and the sub-frame component comprises a fixed lip upon which part of the foil can be received, a recess into which the said deflectable parts of the foil can be deflected, and a moveable lip defining a series of spaced projections, the moveable lip being moveable to a position in which the projections bear against the deflectable parts of the foil, deflecting the deflectable parts into the recess to secure the foil to the sub-frame component.

摘要： A stencil printer for printing viscous material on a substrate includes a frame, a stencil, and a print head to deposit and print viscous material over the stencil. A substrate support supports a substrate in a print position. A substrate support movement assembly includes a first movement mechanism configured to move the substrate support in a first direction, a second movement mechanism configured to move the substrate support in a second direction, the second direction being generally perpendicular to the first direction, and a third movement mechanism, spaced from a first movement mechanism, configured to move the substrate in the first direction. The stencil printer further includes a controller coupled to the substrate support movement assembly to move the substrate support by the first, second and third movement mechanisms in an x-direction, a y-direction and a rotational direction to align the substrate.

摘要： The disclosed stencil printing method can produce prints having high glossiness by inhibiting the uneven transfer of ink caused by operation of separation of stencil. A stencil printing apparatus is disclosed. The stencil printing method includes superposing one upon another a master stencil sheet (3) and a printing material (1) (a material to be printed) and pressing an ink supply element (2) to the master stencil sheet from the side opposite to the printing material, in the direction toward the printing material, thereby passing a printing ink through the master stencil sheet to transfer the ink to the printing material, wherein ink-passing porous member (4) is disposed between the ink supply element and the printing material to transfer the printing ink to the printing material through the porous member. The ink supply element is separated from the porous member while the porous member is left on the printing material, and then the porous member is separated from the printing material. The porous member may be disposed between the ink supply element and the master stencil sheet or between the master stencil sheet and the printing material. The master stencil sheet and the porous member or the ink supply element may be bonded to each other.

摘要： A printing apparatus is provided, which comprises a platform, pressing member which is pivotably supported on the platform and capable of carrying a stencil on a side facing the platform, and a frame member. The frame member is disposed between the platform and the pressing member and movable together with the pressing member with a predetermined angle relative to the pressing member being kept constant until the frame member contacts a sheet of paper stacked on the platform, and may be given a biased force against movement to the pressing member. On the frame member, is disposed a paper holding means which can be a resilient sheet capable of sticking to and peelably holding a sheet of paper. After printing is over, the pressing member is raised. The frame member holds on the platform the uppermost sheet of paper that has been printed so as to be peeled off from the stencil. After peeled, the uppermost sheet of paper is held and raised by the paper holding means as the frame member is raised together with the pressing member. The paper holding means is elastically deformed by the rotation of the frame member and the weight of paper, and thus the raised sheet of paper takes an inclined form so that it can readily be taken out of the printing apparatus by operators.
