In operation, the item and stamp may be aligned in the workspace and the cover portion may be pressed onto the stamp to stick the stamp to the cover portion. The accessory may include alignment indicia on the base portion, side portions and/or cover portion to facilitate placement of the item and/or stamp. The accessory may also include fastening mechanisms, such as magnetic elements, to facilitate placement of the item and/or stamp.

摘要： Apparatus for the positioning of a loose leaf or bound pad or book on the work table of an apparatus for printing the individual leaves of the pad or book comprising a holder member which is disposed to extend transversely of the work table and located on or near one end of the work table. The holder member is movable in a plane normal to the upper surface of the work table between a raised inoperative position which allows introduction of a pad or book between the holder and the work table and a lowered operative position in which it can contact and hold the pad or book securely in its position on the work table, a plurality of movable positioning studs for locating the position of the pad or book on the table, are disposed both on a line extending longitudinally of the work table as well as on a line extending transversely of the work table and which are located to one side of the leaf-holder, the positioning studs so co-operating with the leaf-holder that in the operative position of the leaf-holder they are disposed in a downwardly depressed inoperative position, whereas when the leaf-holder is in its inoperative position, they are in their operative position in which they project upwardly from the work table to position a pad or book in the correct position on the work table.

摘要： Apparatus for drawing in manually disoriented vouchers of varying dimensions to a bookkeeping machine and automatically positioning them so that they are imprintable at a location always having the same spacing from two edges thereof includes a voucher blocking and adjusting device controllable by the voucher per se and having a plurality of transfer rollers located separate from one another above a printing table, and a plurality of voucher pressure rollers extending transversely to the travel direction of the voucher. A guide ledge is located adjacent the transfer rollers and extends in travel direction of the voucher, the transfer rollers and the pressure rollers cooperating with the guide ledge for feeding the voucher in the travel direction thereof. Also included are a device for blocking backward passing of the voucher at a location thereof above and in registry with the printing location, a sensing member sensing the presence of the voucher at the printing location, and a printing mechanism at that location. A cam-operated control mechanism is driven by a motor connected in an electric circuit having means controllable by the voucher per se for starting and stopping the motor.

摘要： A stamping tool may include a base and a cover. The cover is removably affixed to the base through a hinging assembly. The base can include a first base hinge and a second base hinge substantially perpendicular to the first base hinge. The base hinges can include hinge sections. The hinge sections can include a first wall and a second wall that can be biased to define a cavity that is accessible through a channel between the first wall and the second wall. Hinge sections can be separated by one or more receptacles. The cover can include one or more hinge bars corresponding to the hinge sections on the base. The hinge bars can have an unequal aspect ratio allowing for easy insertion and removal of the cover. The cover can also include one or more protrusions separating the hinge bars. These protrusions correspond to the receptacles on the base.
