摘要: The present disclosure relates to a drawing device for creating a pattern, wherein the drawing device comprises a gear assembly that rotates upon movement of the device, the gear assembly being operatively coupled to a cam and a cam follower, such that rotation of the gear assembly rotates the cam and causes the cam to bear against the cam follower. Movement of the cam follower thereby causes lateral movement of a marker carriage housing at least one writing instrument.

摘要: A positioning jig includes a holding portion, a contact portion, and an operating portion. The holding portion holds the cartridge. A portion of the contact portion contacts a writing portion of the pen when the cartridge is held in the holding portion and the pen is held in the accommodating portion. The contact portion is able to rotate with a direction in which an axis of the pen extends as a first rotational axis. The operating portion performs an operation to rotate the contact portion. The contact portion restricts rotation of the pen about the first rotational axis with respect to the contact portion by contacting the writing portion of the pen and positions the pen in a rotational direction about the first rotational axis with respect to the cartridge.

摘要: A framing square including an integrated protractor feature is provided. The framing square includes a blade section, and a tongue section joined at a corner section. The corner section further includes a pivot opening, to rotatably couple the framing square to a workpiece. The blade section includes an array of marking openings. The marking openings are spaced from each other in the array, and the array is positioned a first distance from the pivot opening along a longitudinal axis of the blade. The marking openings can be sized to receive a particular marking instrument (e.g., a pencil or knife) for use with a particular framing square.

The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring plot data, acquiring information relating to a remaining amount of the liquid of the pen, setting a relative movement speed of the mounting portion and the workpiece, and controlling the first movement mechanism and the second movement mechanism at the set movement speed, and performing drawing on the workpiece.

摘要: A plotter apparatus inscribes a polygon in a circle, and includes a ruler body, a first slider, a second slider, multiple brachiums, and a nib member. The ruler body comprises a knap, and a first ruler groove and a second ruler groove to allow movement of the first slider and the second slider. The brachiums are connected across the ruler body via pivots. The nib member allows the drawing of the circle. A fourth brachium is attached to a predetermined numbered hole on a second and a third brachium as per the number of sides required on the polygon. The length of each side of the polygon is retrieved between the knap and a slider. Cyclic arcs, with the determined length as a length of one side of the polygon, are drawn along the circumference of the circle. The arc intersections on the circle are joined together to define the polygon.
