The electronic parking brake device has at least one electronic control unit, at least one bistable valve unit, at least one first valve unit by which a parking brake of a trailer of the utility vehicle can be deactivated when activating the parking brake of the utility vehicle, at least one second valve device which can be connected in such a way that when there is a decrease in the system pressure for supplying the parking brake of the trailer, the parking brake of the trailer can be activated, and a traction vehicle protection valve.

    摘要: A method for detecting and isolation a leak in a hydraulic system having a supply pump serving at least one control valve is disclosed. In one embodiment, the control valve has multiple work sections. In step of the method, the hydraulic system is activated. In another step, an actuation command for at least one of the work sections is received, for example from a human-to-machine interface. Subsequently, the method may include generating a flow demand for the work sections for which an actuation command has been received. The method also includes the step of implementing at least one of a first, second, third, and fourth leak detection and isolation protocol to detect and isolate a leak between the pump and the control valve assembly, a leak between the reservoir and the control valve assembly and a leak between the at least one work circuit and the control valve assembly.

    摘要: A multi-circuit protection valve is provided for a vehicle compressed-air supply device. A first port for a service brake includes two mutually separate service brake circuit ports for a first service brake circuit and a second service brake circuit. The two service brake circuit ports are protected by first and second service brake circuit overflow valves, respectively. A second port for a parking brake, is protected by an overflow valve, wherein one of the two service brake circuits can be filled preferentially. The overflow valve has two active surfaces which can be acted on with a valve inlet pressure and a valve outlet pressure, respectively. The overflow valve has a third active surface, which is acted on with the service brake pressure from the non-preferentially filled service brake circuit. Forces generated by the three active surfaces counteract a closing force in order to open or hold open the overflow valve.

    摘要: The invention relates to a safety shut-off device for sections of fluid circuits, which in case of damage or the like, have to shut off from each other on safety considerations. The safety shut-off device includes two chambers with connections for the sections to be shut off from each other. The chambers are separated from each other by a piston and have two connections each, of which one is dosed by closing elements with sealing force elements, when both chambers have the same pressure. Further, two actuating devices are provided which are functionally connected to the closing elements and the piston. When the piston is moved due to a pressure difference between the connections, the closing element in the chamber with the higher pressure opens the associated connection so that fluid can flow from a section with higher pressure into the other section with lower pressure. The accompanying pressure increase in the section with the lower pressure ensures that the corresponding closing element of the chamber with the lower pressure is overcome by the fluid against the pressure of the sealing force element so that the fluid is capable to circulate in both sections.
