摘要: A robotic service device for a robotic picking system grid. The robotic service device can be configured for driving to any location on the grid in order to restart malfunctioning robotic load handling devices or to perform maintenance operations or cleaning in situ. Additionally, the service device may be used to rescue robotic load handling devices operational in the picking system. The robotic service device can include a releasable docking mechanism to enable it to dock and latch on to malfunctioning load handling devices. A deployable, releasable electrical connecting device is shaped to conform to a charging, powering, or battery component of one or more of the load handling devices.

摘要: A traction rod assembly for a bogie system includes a body extending between first and second ends. A bush assembly is coupled with the first end and includes a first component having a passage, and a second component disposed within the passage of the first component. The bush assembly includes an eccentric offset such that a center of the first component is offset from a center of the second component. A bearing assembly is coupled with the second end of the body and includes cylindrical bearings and spacers that are concentric with a passage disposed at the second end of the body. The bush assembly is coupled with a frame of the bogie system and the bearing assembly is operably with an axle assembly of the bogie system. The bearing assembly allows rotation of the body relative to the axle assembly of the bogie system.

摘要: A bogie for a rail vehicle, such as a locomotive, includes a frame, two wheelsets and at least one drive unit. The drive unit is mounted to the frame and to the wheelset. A motor is at least partially supported by the frame while a gearbox to which it is flexibly connected has a main gear mounted on the one wheelset as well as a pinion for driving the main gear. The gearbox is connected to the frame by a reaction rod placed away from the wheel-axle on which the gearbox is mounted. The reaction rod, which defines an axis, is aligned so that its axis extends substantially through a center of the bogie when projected in a longitudinal-vertical plane bisecting the bogie.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle includes: a plurality of bogies, where the bogie has a straddle recess suitable for straddling a rail; and a vehicle body, where the vehicle body is connected to the plurality of bogies and pulled by the plurality of bogies to travel along the rail, and the vehicle body includes a plurality of compartments hinged sequentially along a length direction of the rail; at least one bogie is disposed on one of the bottom of each of the compartments and a hinging position of neighboring compartments; and in the length direction of the rail, a surface that is of a compartment at at least one end of the vehicle body and that faces away from an adjacent compartment is provided with an escape door that can be opened and closed. The rail vehicle according to this embodiment of the present disclosure facilitates optimization of the structure of an escape passage, reduction in costs, reduction in occupied space and the weight borne by the rail, and improvement in stability, and is high in stability of supporting the vehicle body and large in passenger capacity.

摘要: An anti-derailment apparatus for a bogie of a rail vehicle of the disclosure comprises at least one mounting seat and an anti-derailment slide plate. The transverse orientation of the anti-derailment slide plate on the mounting seat and the extending length of the anti-derailment slide plate in the vertical direction meet the following requirements simultaneously: 1) making the anti-derailment slide plate located at the inside of the ground rail when the rail vehicle runs normally; 2) when at least one wheelset of the rail vehicle climbs rail, the anti-derailment slide plate acts on the ground rail to form lateral limitation points so as to limit the freedom of the rail vehicle and make it still constrained by the ground rail.
