摘要: The invention relates to a shock absorber with a housing, an inner pipe arranged in the housing, a piston rod, a piston which is arranged at that end of the piston rod, and which piston divides the interior of the inner pipe into a lower chamber and an upper chamber, a first valve arrangement which is arranged on the piston, and a third valve arrangement which is arranged at the lower end of the inner pipe and by means of which the working medium which is held in the interior of the housing, serving as a tank, can flow out of the interior of the housing, only into the lower chamber when the piston moves in the inner pipe. The shock absorber is distinguished by the fact that a hydraulic pump drive is arranged between a first connection element of the lower chamber of the inner pipe and a second connection element at the upper chamber of the inner pipe.

摘要: A method for making a railcar having a span bolster is disclosed. The method involves fabricating and joining the components of the span bolster in a manner such that a camber is built into span bolster. A camber is cut into longitudinal supports that span the length of the bolster. A jig is used to shape top and bottom plates prior to attaching the plates to the longitudinal supports, thus forming the bolster. Truck assemblies are attached to the bolster and a railcar body mounted to the combined unit.

摘要: A railcar bogie includes a cross beam to support a carbody of a railcar, a pair of front and rear axles between which the cross beam is located and arranged, respectively, in front of and behind the cross beam in a railcar longitudinal direction and extending in a railcar width direction, bearings provided at both railcar width direction sides of the axles to rotatably support the axles, axle boxes to respectively accommodate the bearings, and a plate spring extending in the railcar longitudinal direction to support one of both railcar width direction end portions of the cross beam and including both longitudinal direction end portions supported by the axle boxes. The plate spring unit includes a plurality of plate springs to elastically deform in an upper-lower thickness direction. The plate springs are arranged in a line in a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the thickness direction.

摘要: A suspension system for a train vehicle includes at least one inerter to minimize track wear. Track wear may be measured by direct measures such as wear work, or indirect measures such as yaw stiffness. “Minimizing” track wear means that such measures are reduced below values which are achievable with conventional technology while maintaining acceptable values of other performance metrics, such as ride comfort or least damping ratio. The suspension system may comprise at least one damper connected in series with the at least one inerter. The suspension system may be the primary or the secondary suspension system of a train vehicle.

摘要: A bogie is provided. The bogie includes two pairs of wheels, the wheels of each pair are connected to each other by an axle structure, this axle structure includes, for each wheel, an axle box. The bogie includes an articulated chassis, each axle structure is supported by the chassis by way of the primary suspension device. The primary suspension device includes, for each wheel, an arm extending substantially longitudinally between a first end that is integrally joined with the axle box associated with this wheel, and a second free end. The arm is articulated between the first and second ends about a pivot connection with the chassis. For each arm, a primary helical spring extends between a first seat provided on the second end of the arm, and a second seat carried by the chassis.
