摘要: An adjustable conveyor for conveying a printed circuit board includes a frame, a first track including a first conveyor belt, a second track including a second conveyor belt, wherein the first track and the second track are mounted on the frame so that the first track and the second track are parallel to each other. Each of the first track and the second track includes a first element and a second element that are slidably connected to each other so that a space between the first element and the second element is adjustable so as to change a length of the respective track. Each of the first elements includes a plurality of slide blocks. The slide blocks are slidably mounted on the first elements in an overlapping manner so that an amount of overlap between the slide blocks is adjustable as the space between the first element and the second element is adjusted. The conveyor also includes a device for simultaneously driving the first and second conveyor belts.

摘要: A collapsible chip conveyer includes a conveying member having a forwarding portion and a return portion. The conveying member receives chips discharged from a machining tool at a receiving position set on the forwarding portion, conveys the chips to a discharge position, which is located on the forward portion and spaced from the receiving position by a predetermined distance, and discharges the chips from the discharge position. The conveying member has a guide rail, a frame, and a hinge mechanism. Also, the conveying member includes a plurality of separation portions, each of which includes a part of the guide rail and a part of the frame. The hinge mechanism has a rotation axis, which is located between the forwarding portion and the return portion, and couples the separation portions such that the separation portions pivots about the rotation axis between a collapsed position and an opened position. When at the opened position, the separation portions contact each other at one side of the hinge mechanism while forming a gap at the other side. A cover is detachably mounted on the frame to cover the gap. The cover is disengaged from the gap when the separation portion are in a collapsed position.

摘要: A conveyor has an endless belt which encompasses a gate section and a fixed section thereof Both the gate section and fixed section have beds which extend lengthwise and widthwise thereof between rails which extend along the lengths of the section. The edges of the belt run along the rails and are hence guarded by the rails. The sections are joined at adjacent edges by hinges pivotally connected to the bed of the fixed section and extending across the joint to the gate section. The hinges are within the confines of the belt, that is within the path of the belt and between the edges of the belt, so as to enable the gate section to be pivoted to an open position allowing a passageway via the width of the conveyor. When in closed position, the hinge enables the ends of the rails to move into abutting relationship. Permanent guards on the outsides of the fixed section can extend above the belt to maintain safe operating conditions without interfering with the opening and closing of the gate section. The endless belt may be made of panels joined together by rods which allow the belt to turn around the outer ends of the fixed and gate sections. The fixed section is equipped with a sprocket in which the rods are engaged for driving the belt. The sprocket is motorized by a drive within a closed housing attached to the rails so that the fixed section serves as a drive section of the conveyor. The belt is not tensioned and is supported on the bed of the sections so that the belt can move and change shape from straight to curved at the hinged joint as the gate section moves from closed to open position. The sections may be mounted on legs. The gate section may be counterbalanced to maintain it in open position. Concealed interlock sensors may be located in the joint for automatically stopping and starting the conveyor when opened and closed, respectively.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a belt conveyor of the type in which a continuous belt runs along a support duct where the support duct is carried on an undercarriage for raising and lowering movements of a discharge end of the duct and where an input drive member for driving the belt is mounted at or on the undercarriage. At least one idler roller is provided to maintain a predetermined tensioning force to the belt. An accumulator is arranged to contain hydraulic fluid and to maintain the hydraulic fluid at a predetermined set pressure while allowing changes in volume of the hydraulic within the accumulator. The accumulator is connected to at least one cylinder. The cylinder is operatively connected to the idler roller for movement thereof.
