Abstract: A conveying device for conveying bulk material, comprising products and product breakage thereof, in a conveying direction has a first conveying element and a second conveying element which is arranged downstream of the first conveying element, with the result that a gap is formed between the first and the second conveying element. A covering element is arranged above the gap. The gap has a first width according to a predefined separating criterion in such a way that the passage of product breakage through the gap is allowed and the passage of products through the gap is prevented.

Abstract: A modular system and method for improving the receiving, processing, storing, and transloading of bulk materials such as organic waste. A system includes at least a receiving module to receive material, a storage module, a discharge module, and a control system. A liquid capture system captures and retains liquid from the organic material. Systems can be adapted with additional modules, such as processing modules and transfer modules, depending on the site and materials to be handled. The storage module has a levelling component for levelling out the organic material stored therein, including a levelling conveyor in a top region, and a removal component for discharging the organic material. A control system interfaces with the modular components and local operators, and provides remote reporting and monitoring.

Abstract: A vibratory apparatus includes a deck, an electro-mechanical sensor and at least one vibratory exciter. The deck has an upper surface configured to receive items to be conveyed in at least a first direction along a longitudinal axis from a first deck end to a second deck end. The electro-mechanical sensor includes a wheel disposed above the upper surface of the deck, the wheel being rotatable about a wheel axis disposed transverse to the longitudinal axis, and an electronic sensor associated with the wheel, the electronic sensor configured to generate a signal representative of the revolutions per unit time of the wheel. The at least one vibratory exciter is attached to the deck and is configured to move the material along the deck.

Abstract: A filter unit is connected between a tray and a discharging duct of a spiral conveyor. The filter unit includes a first filter (perforated metal) that is fixed at a position close to the outer periphery of a conveying spiral, and a second filter (mesh filter) that rotates on the outside of the conveying spiral and the first filter. A washing nozzle sprays a washing liquid on the second filter. The chips captured by the first filter are scraped by the rotating conveying spiral and delivered back to the conveying path and the chips passing through the first filter but captured by the second filter are removed by the washing nozzle and delivered back to the conveying path. The washing liquid is sprayed at a predetermined angle from the washing nozzle and collides with vanes arranged on the outer periphery of the second filter and provides rotational force on the second filter.

Abstract: A metal chip conveyor having an internal chip removal structure includes an endless conveyor belt. An accommodating room of a machine body is divided into an inner space and an outer space. Two sides of the conveyor belt are provided with chains each having chain links. Each chain link has a first opening facing the inner space and a second opening facing the outer space. Two support bushes are disposed at opposite sides of the casing. The conveyor belt passes around the support bushes and is supported by the support bushes. The support bushes cover the first openings of the chain links corresponding in position to the support bushes when the conveyor belt is running, thereby preventing the metal chips in the chain links from falling back into the inner space through the first openings and ensuring that the metal chips in the inner space to be discharged stably.
