摘要： In a sheet feeder of the present invention, a groove-shaped concave provided on an inner surface of a bearing extends therethrough in a direction where a rotational shaft of a feed roller extends. A surface of the rotational shaft of the feed roller is supported on a pair of outer edges of the groove-shaped concave formed on the inner surface of the bearing. A bottom of the groove-shaped concave is substantially circular-arc and concentric with the inner surface of the bearing other than the groove-shaped concave. The bottom of the groove-shaped concave is formed at such a depth that the surface of the rotational shaft of the feed roller does not contact the bottom while the rotational shaft of the feed roller is supported on the outer edges of the groove-shaped concave.

The auto-bill-dispensing machine comprises bill receiver having a plurality of security hooks positioned axially between two positioning plates formed on the two sides of the upper chassis of the bill receiver, and the security hooks are against within a plurality of blocking grooves of the lower chassis to block the bill passage. When the bill enters into the bill passage and being held against on the security hooks, the security hooks of the bill receiver will be out of the blocking groove of the lower chassis to let the bill pass through, and after the bill passes the security hooks, the security device will return to the original position to make the security hooks support within the blocking groove of the lower chassis to prevent the bill being pulled back by a string, a tape, a steel wire or a glued metallic plate.

摘要： A printing plate is only guided by and wound around peripheral surfaces of cylinders. The cylinders are disposed along an axis of a rotating shaft at predetermined intervals, and support the entire printing plate with substantially equal balance. The printing plate has a degree of firmness, and thus, the printing plate can hold itself in a substantially cylindrical shape even if it is merely rolled in the air. Therefore, the whole printing plate can be accurately wound and held onto a peripheral locus of a predetermined radius coaxial with the rotating shaft merely by disposing guide members as auxiliary guides for positioning and winding parts of the printing plate.

摘要： A machine processing printing-material sheets contains a first sheet transport drum and a second sheet transport drum disposed immediately after the first sheet transport drum in a sheet transport direction. The first sheet transport drum has gripper systems which describe a gripper flight circle during its rotation and a drum profile deviating substantially from a circular shape with outer contour regions running between the gripper systems and set back from the gripper flight circle. The second sheet transport drum has a sheet support surface with pneumatic grooves formed therein. The sheet support surface is composed of a first and second comb segments each with segment prongs. The pneumatic grooves are introduced into the segment prongs of at least one of the comb segments. The pneumatic grooves are preferably introduced both into the segment prongs of the first comb segment and into the segment prongs of the second comb segment.

摘要： First and second feeding roller pairs are disposed at positions upstream and downstream of a recording position to record an image onto a recording sheet. Each of the first and second feeding roller pairs includes a capstan roller and a pinch roller, which are located below and above a passage of the recording sheet. The capstan roller and the pinch roller has plural orbital grooves arranged along an axial direction, to relax the strain of the recording sheet with respect to the widthwise direction of the recording sheet. The depth of the orbital grooves of the pinch rollers are set to 0.3 mm, which is shallower than that of the orbital grooves of the capstan rollers. The shallow orbital grooves of the pinch rollers are capable of suppress the curl of the recording sheet effectively.
