摘要: A crane has a traveling device, a turn table, a cockpit, a main power unit, an auxiliary power unit, and a processor that selectively switches between a manual power mode and an auxiliary power mode, and the processor disables a switching between the manual power mode and the auxiliary power mode when an operation input to the operating system that operates the boom is detected, and the processor enables a switching between the main power mode and the auxiliary power mode when an operation input to the operating system is not detected.

摘要: A method of providing position control information for controlling the movement of a spreader (400) of a crane (10) towards a spreader target position is disclosed. The method comprises measuring both the distance to the loading/unloading target position (32, 36) and the distance to a position of the spreader (400) for determining both a loading/unloading target position (32, 36) and the position of the spreader (400) in a fixed coordinate system. The method also comprises causing position control information corresponding to the position of the spreader (400) and the loading/unloading target position (32, 36) to be transmitted to the crane (10).

摘要: The present disclosure presents systems and methods for assisting a crane operator. An imaging system automatically images each building material object contained within a shakeout field on a construction site and processes the images to determine each object's identifying indicium and its geometric properties. These values are compared with a construction site database to ensure that all necessary building materials are present. A positioning device tracks, in real time, the location of the imaging system, the location of structural members within the shakeout field, and/or other important features of the job site, such as obstacles that the crane operator will need to avoid while lifting a structural member from its initial location to its destination location. Real-time images of the construction site, including indications of the next building material object to be hoisted and/or a path between the object's initial and final locations, can be generated to guarantee that the crane operator hoists the expected object to the expected location.

摘要: A crane controller for controlling travel movements of a crane, in particular a portal crane. The crane controller includes control electronics and at least one input device, connected to the control electronics, having a grip part, a main axis of the grip part is swivellable together with the grip part in at least two swivel directions oriented, in particular orthogonally, in relation to one another, and the control electronics are able to generate electrical signals, for actuating at least one actuator of the crane, on the basis of an adjustment of the grip part relative to an original position of the grip part. The grip part has its main axis additionally displaceable in at least two, preferably three, different displacement directions relative to the original position and/or is rotatable about the main axis, and the control electronics generate electrical signals for actuating the at least one actuator of the crane.

摘要: The present invention relates to a crane, for example in the form of a fast-erecting crane comprising a telescopic and/or luffing tower, having a crane controller for controlling crane movements by means of drive devices, wherein the crane controller has a monitoring device for monitoring stability and limiting crane movements if a load limit is reached. According to the invention, the monitoring device has a wind resistance detection unit for detecting at least one variable wind resistance parameter which influences the wind resistance of the crane, and is designed to change the load limit depending on the detected wind resistance parameter and/or to consider different load limits depending on said wind resistance parameter.
