    摘要: The present invention relates to polyaspartate mixtures containing a) 5 to 50 equiv. %, based on the total equivalents of aspartate groups, of a polyoxypropylene polyaspartate corresponding to the formula wherein X1 represents the residue obtained by removing the amino groups from a polyoxypropylene polyamine having a functionality of n, R1 and R2 are identical or different and represent organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100° C. or less, R3 and R4 are identical or different and represent hydrogen or organic groups which are inert towards isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100° C. or less and n is 2 to 4, and b) 50 to 95 equiv. %, based on the total equivalents of aspartate groups, of a polyether polyaspartate corresponding to the formula I wherein X1 represents the residue obtained by removing the amino groups from a polyether polyamine having a functionality of n and a number average molecular weight of less than 5000, wherein the amino groups are attached to primary carbon atoms and the ether groups are separated by at least two carbon atoms. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these polyaspartate mixtures and to the polyureas prepared by reacting the polyaspartate mixtures and optionally other isocyanate-reactive compounds with polyisocyanates.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a process for producing a polyurethane product with autocatalytic polyols. These auto-catalytic polyols are based on an initiator of the formula (I): HmA-(CH2)n—N(R)-(CH2)p-AHm where n and p are independently integers from 2 to 6, A at each occurrence is independently oxygen, nitrogen or hydrogen, with the proviso that only one of A can be hydrogen at one time, R is a C1 to C3 alkyl group, m is equal to 0 when A is hydrogen, is 1 when A B is oxygen and is 2 when A is nitrogen; or are polyols which contain an alkyl amine of within the polyol chain or a dialkylylamino group pendant to the polyol chain wherein the polyol chain is obtained by copolymerization of at least one monomer containing an alkyl aziridine or N,N-dialkyl glycidylamine with at least one alkylene oxide. These auto-catalytic polyols are reacted with a polyisocyanate in the presence of other additives and/or auxiliary agents known per se to produce polyurethane products.

    摘要: Polyurethane article black colorants which comprise a novel blue polymeric anthraquinone colorant, rather than the previous standard polymeric triphenylmethane blue-type colorants are provided. Such a novel blend of colorants to produce black colorations within the target polyurethane foams exhibits very low color degradation within polyurethane foams, primarily due to the stability and resiliency of the novel anthraquinone-based polymeric colorant in the presence of high isocyanate levels, as well as large amounts of reactive tertiary amines (from catalyst residue, for example). A black colorant comprising such a novel blue polymeric colorant, as well as polyurethane foams comprising such a novel black coloring agent and methods of producing such foams are all contemplated within this invention.

    摘要: The invention features a polyamine epoxide adduct, prepared by admixing a source of epoxy group with a polyamine, and allowing the epoxy groups to react with the terminal amino groups of the polyamine so as to form the polyamine epoxy adduct. The polyamine epoxide adduct of the invention can be used as a component for preparing a polyurea polymer, thereby providing the resulting polyurea polymer with improved adhesiveness and greater chemical resistance to acidic conditions. Polyurea polymer coatings prepared from polyamine epoxide adducts demonstrate better chemical resistance and adhesion when applied to substrates than do conventionally prepared polyurea formulations.

    摘要: An energetic copolyurethane thermoplastic elastomer (ETPE) is prepared by polymerizing a dihydroxyl terminated telechelic energetic polymer having a functionality of two or less with a diisocyanate at a NCO/OH ratio of about 0.7 to 1.2. The resulting copolymer is easy to incorporate in gun propellant or explosive formulations and is recyclable. These energetic copolyurethane thermoplastic elastomers were obtained mainly by macropolymerization of GAP prepolymers with 4,4′-methylenebis-phenyl isocyanate (MDI). In these syntheses, GAPs having molecular weights of 500, 1000 and 2000 were used as macromonomers and polymerized with MDI to yield three different copolyurethane thermoplastic elastomers. This process may be applied to any dihydroxyl terminated energetic prepolymers. The hard segments of the ETPE are obtained by the formation of hydrogen bonds between the urethane groups.
