摘要： An apparatus for winding round the stem of a button is disclosed wherein the drawbacks of the prior invention disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 5,082,151 were settled. Namely, after drawing the winding thread from the bobbin and in the process of the winding operation, if the thread is recoiled and drawn, the tensile force of the thread decreases and during the winding operation maintaining high rotation speed, the thread is frequently cut off, which leads to the frequent interruption of the winding operation. It was very inefficient in the respect of operation and had impractical disadvantage.Such apparatus according to the present invention comprises a bobbin supporting means for interchangeably supporting the bobbin supplying the winding thread so as to rotate on its own axis to the unloosening direction of the thread in accordance with winding and drawing force of the thread, a thread winding means being fixedly mounted on the equal rotation axis to said bobbin supporting means for receiving from the bobbin the winding thread and winding it round the stem of the button while being rotated along with the bobbin in the equal direction and at the equal angular velocity, and a winding rotation means for rotatively mounting on the support the bobbin supporting means and the thread winding means being fixedly mounted on equal rotation axis and rotating it with driving force of a motor.

摘要： A apparatus for forming a knot where a knot is formed in chain-stitching. In the method, a first loop is formed by a stitch to an article to be sewn, two stitches ahead of a final stitch, is drawn through a second loop which is formed by a stitch one stitch ahead of the final stitch, whereby a knot where the first loop is fastened by the second loop is formed, such that a third loop is inserted through the second loop and is then cut. The sewing machine including a single needle and a rotary looper and including a yarn feed adjusting device for adjusting a degree of feed of a yarn to the single needle. The yarn feed adjusting device sets a fed volume of the yarn during formation of the second loop to a value larger than that of the final or third loop and the first loop.

摘要： In a button-holder for a button-sewing machine, two clamp parts (8,9) for the button (7) are guided in a parallel guide holder (28) so as to be movable by a pneumatic cylinder (34) in opposite directions. The parallel guide holder (28) is swingable horizontally by a pneumatic cylinder (17) to displace the clamp parts (8,9) from a sewing position (A) to a resting position (B).Thus, the button-holder does not require adjustment for different sized buttons and the button can be inserted away from the sewing region.

摘要： A sewing machine comprises a sewing machine support arm with a cloth feeding plate mounted on the support arm over which the material to be sewn is fed. A stop element is mounted on the support arm and it overlies the cloth feeding plate and it includes a portion which defines a material stop against which the material to be sewn may be positioned. The stop is made of a compressible material and it is compressible in the direction toward the feeding plate. A presser plate associated with the machine may advantageously be in the form of a button clamp may be moved downwardly into engagement with the stop which is raised slightly above the material and compress it downwardly until the plate clamps the material in place for the sewing operation.
