    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-insulating-material mat (10) in particular for building construction, which is formed from layers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) which are arranged loosely one above the other and are made of insulating materials which fuse together exclusively under the heat of a standard flame of a fire test conducted in accordance with standard DIN EN ISO 11925-2 and are held together by means of at least one seam (31, 32, 33) which is configured in undulating form in the longitudinal direction (X) and/or transverse direction (Y) of the mat (10) and in the case of which at least one thread (20, 21, 22) is guided through the layers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.), wherein the undulating form of the seam (31, 32, 33) is dimensioned such that, constantly changing in position in relation to the local surface area of the standard flame, it moves out of the local flame-treatment surface area. A method for producing heat-insulating-material mats (10) making use of a multi-needle sewing machine is also claimed. The heat-insulating-material mat (10) according to the invention, which can be supplied in a variant which is closed to diffusion and in a variant which is open to diffusion, is suitable for insulating static objects such as roofs, walls/facades or floors and also for lining, for example, drivers' cabs, caravans and other means of transport.

    摘要: The upper end portion (44) of a needle (10) is received within a blind socket (38) which extends axially upwardly into a lower end portion of a needle bar (12). A set screw (42) is received within a set screw opening (40) which intersects the socket (38). The set screw (42) is tightened to secure the needle (10) to the needle bar (12). The lower end portion of needle bar (12) includes an inclined side surface (24). Side surface (24) truncates the lower end portion of the needle bar (12). A circumferential groove (34) is provided on the remaining part of the lower end portion of needle bar (12), closely adjacent a lower end surface (30). A chamfer (32) is provided at the periphery of the end surface (30). Chamfer (32) functions to cam a snap ring (36) onto the lower end portion of needle bar (12) and into the groove (34). The inclined side surface (24) and a confronting portion of ring (26) defines a thread guide eye (46).

The apparatus housing includes a platform for supporting a piece of fabric, and contains a grasping member that is moved to grasp and release a thread segment fed through the housing by a needle holder. The sewing apparatus also including a needle holder driver for driving the movement of the needle holder and a thread puller for pulling the thread segment to an exterior of the housing for a user to cut.

    摘要: A thread routing mechanism for needle-switchable type sewing machine is installed on a needle bar switching mechanism of the sewing machine, and includes a thread take-up lever, a cylindrical needle bar case and a plurality of threads. The thread take-up lever includes a sway control end and a thread take-up end having thread holes. The cylindrical needle bar case has a rotation axis and a plurality of spaced needle bar holes, and internally defines a hollow space. The needle bar holes are equally distant from the rotation axis, and each receives a needle bar therein. The needle bars respectively carry a needle having an eye formed thereon. The threads are separately routed through a thread course defined by the thread holes, the hollow space and the needle eyes, such that the length of the threads in the thread course maintains same without being affected by a needle bar switching operation.
