    摘要： A caddy for sewing items includes a hollow housing, and first/second elongated permanent magnets contained in the housing. The second magnet is arranged in parallel to and spaced from the first magnet. The housing includes first/second attracting surfaces and an elongated groove between the first and second attracting surfaces. The first magnet has an upper surface S-pole corresponding to the first attracting surface, and the second magnet has an upper surface N-pole corresponding to the second attracting surface. The groove extends in parallel to the first/second magnets and has a first longitudinal edge connected to the first attracting surface and a second longitudinal edge connected to the second attracting surface. The first and second longitudinal edges are curved so that their center portion is higher than other portions as viewed in the direction in which the first/second magnets are spaced apart from each other.

    摘要： A storage case for holding spools of thread and bobbins is so designed as to be mountable on an outer vertical wall of practically any existing sewing machine cabinet. The case includes an outer frame which is mounted on an exterior wall of the sewing machine cabinet and a vertically slidable drawer unit therein. Partitions within the drawer unit include upright spindles for holding the thread and bobbins in place. The drawer unit further includes a resiliently biased, frictional connecting means between the frame and drawer unit for holding the drawer in any desired raised, open position whereby the thread or bobbins may be removed for use.

    摘要： An apparatus for storing bobbins of yarn or thread in an arranged condition. A container comprising a frame is provided having crosspieces on which are mounted posts pivotally for pivoting from an upright position in a direction for receiving bobbins thereon. The post is inserted into the central bore of the bobbin while pivoted in a direction for receiving the bobbin and then is returned to an upright condition for storing the bobbin thereon. Another embodiment has bobbin-holders that are provided with an insert portion that is inserted into the bore of the bobbin and then the bobbin-holder with the bobbin suspended thereon is disposed depending from the crosspieces of the frame.
