    摘要: The present invention relates to the field of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation equipment, and particularly relates to an overhead monorail driving unit group realizing mechanical fast power distribution. The overhead monorail driving unit group realizing mechanical fast power distribution includes a rail, wherein the rail is connected with driving portions, carrying trolleys and a hoisting beam, the hoisting beam is disposed in a middle position of the driving portions and the carrying trolleys, and the driving portions, the carrying trolleys and the hoisting beam are connected through driving portion short pull rods, frame-shaped pull rods and driving portion long pull rods. Overhead monorail driving portions have four paths for transmitting a driving force to the hoisting beam, the frame-shaped pull rods directly transmit the driving force of the driving portions in positions far away from the hoisting beam to the hoisting beam, the objective is to reduce an accumulated peak value of the driving force of the driving portion in a mode of serial-parallel arrangement of the overhead monorail driving portions, the problem of horizontal direction bending failure of the rail caused by the driving portions in an operation process of an overhead monorail is solved, and the reliability and adaptability of overhead monorail transportation equipment are improved.

    摘要: An articulating suspension for the bridge of an overhead bridge crane allows the bridge to be skewed from perpendicular to the parallel runs that support the bridge. The runs are allowed to pivot toward each other on pivot axes above and parallel with each run. End trucks that support end regions of the bridge from each run are interconnected with the bridge via suspension hangers. These are suspended on end truck pivots that are parallel with the runs and include thrust bearings that allow the bridge to skew. The bridge is suspended from the hangers on a pivot axis above and parallel with the bridge. The arrangement allows the necessary freedom of movements for skewing the bridge without making the crane wobbly or unstable. The arrangement of pivot pins and thrust bearings also is rugged and durable and requires little maintenance.

    摘要: A suspension conveyor system includes a rail network and a roller apparatus adapted to travel along it. The rails comprise at least two sectional running girders each with upper and lower running surfaces and at least one sectional support girder. The running girders extend side by side and are interconnected through strips spaced from each other so as to form a guide slit. The roller apparatus has a carriage comprising two bearing rollers and which is supported by the upper surfaces of the girders. The lower end of the roller apparatus is equipped with a load carrier, arranged below the guide slit. Below the bearing rollers, at least two stabilizing rollers are arranged on either side of the travelling axis of the bearing rollers. The roller apparatus further includes two lateral guide rollers spaced from each other in the travelling direction of the apparatus. The axis of the guide rollers extends perpendicular to the axis of the bearing rollers, and the guide rollers are arranged such that they are guided in the guide slit.

Guide rail holding extensions on the carrier plates at opposite sides of the gap have parts extending in a plane parallel to the carrier plane, the holding extension parts symmetrically projecting into, and engaging, grooves in the guide rail. The guide rail holding extensions have distal inclined abutment faces facing away from the groove-engaging parts, and a single wedge element is arranged between the inclined abutment faces in mating contact with therewith and wedged therebetween below the gap. Lock screws pass vertically and centrally through the wedge element and through the guide rail for affixing the guide rail to the holder, the lock screws being freely accessible through the gap between the carrier plates.

The track clamp assembly comprises upper and lower clamp members respectively having upper and lower edges insertable in a pair of track grooves, and having interengageable ramp surfaces disposed between the upper and lower edges and extending obliquely thereto. Outwardly projecting tabs on the clamp members are engageable by a connecting bolt which when tightened moves the ramp surfaces into interengagement, increasing the dimension between the upper and lower edges and forcing the clamp members into locking engagement with the track.
