摘要： A card lock apparatus is provided. The apparatus has a slot for receiving a key card with a plurality of perforations. The perforations align with a plurality of pins within the house of the card lock apparatus. The pins are moved upward by the inserted card and then urged downward into an aligned perforation. Each pin has a seat for supporting the biasing element and engaging a notch within the actuator. The position of the seat determines whether the actuator is moveable. When all seats are substantially aligned the actuator is traversable to an unlocked position by a manually moveable member. A manually moveable member disengages the device from the enclosure allowing the enclosure to open.

摘要： A key-operated device, for example for controlling access to switch gear or potentially dangerous machinery, has a rotary motion with an axially inserted key but departs from the usual barrel lock construction which is sensitive to foreign matter. Instead it has a faceplate in front of a stationary body with a cylindrical member rotatable in it and having a recess for the key and circumferentially spaced notches in a flange close behind the plate and prevented from direct access through the keyhole by a fixed axially extending wall on the back of the plate but accessible by appropriate lugs on the key when the latter is inserted. The rotatable member is connected through a spindle to a switch, valve or latch or other actuated device.

摘要： A control module for a motorized door lock assembly includes a mounting bracket that is electrically connected to the door lock with wiping electrical terminals, and a housing with counterpart wiping electrical terminals that are electrically connected to a battery subassembly and an electric circuit. As a result, the battery subassembly and electric circuit can be quickly connected to the door lock merely by sliding the housing over the mounting bracket. Accordingly, the need for complicated and expensive connection systems is eliminated. Such an array of mutual wiping terminals also makes it possible to use the force of gravity to jettison the housing and its contents from the door lock in the event of a fire.

摘要： This invention relates to a screw lock, characterized in that the screw key screws into a keyway, and the slots on the top ring screw of the screw key provide a convex-concave match with switch points in the cylinder. The screw key is then pushed in and turns the cylinder to effect locking and unlocking. The keyway of this invention is adapted to accept the spiral screw shape, and accordingly, the form and the mechanism of the switch points are not seen. Thus, the form and mechanism of the switch points in the cylinder is unknown. Also, conventional keys or wires cannot be inserted into the spiral screw hole. In case other keys are inserted into the keyway, the set points in the cylinder prevent the key form being further pushed in and prevent turning of the cylinder to effect unlocking.

摘要： A cylinder lock with key, incorporating a picking preventing means, comprises a plug mounted rotatably within the cylindrical seat of a lock cylinder and has a first set of holes lying on a radial plane. The holes accommodate pins which cooperate with tumbler pins accommodated in a second set of holes formed in the cylinder and being aligned with the first set of holes. A longitudinal key slot extends through the plug which is in communication with the first set of holes and has a longitudinal rib arranged to project thereinto to provide support for the pins. The rib conceals the ends of the pins resting thereon, and defines an intersection of the longitudinal key slot with the cylindrical portions of said first set of holes accommodating said pins. One of the pins has the same length as the hole accommodating it, thereby if deceitfully shifted, it will unavoidably engage the hole of the respective tumbler pin and produce a locked condition of the lock.
