    摘要: A process is used for the renovation or new construction of corrugated sheet metal tunnels. The corrugated sheets are sandblasted for cleaning and room cleaning. Then anchoring elements are welded to the rough side of the sheets. A layer of shotcrete is applied to this roughened side of the sheets to obtain a smooth coating over the crests and valleys of the sheets. A reinforcement net is placed on this layer and a second layer of shotcrete or mortar is applied to cover the reinforcement net. The top layer can be smoothed. The subsequent corrugated sheet metal tunnel includes corrugated sheets covering the tunnel walls and ceilings with the course direction of their wave crests and valleys parallel to the circumferential direction of the tunnel profile. The corrugated sheets on the inside and/or outside of the tunnel are reinforced with an applied reinforced concrete layer.

    摘要: Provided is a positioner for reinforcing steel bars of tunnel side wall. At least two groups of reinforcing steel bar positioning arm mechanisms are provided on the same side of an inverted trestle (4). The reinforcing steel bar positioning arm mechanism comprises a large arm (1), a medium arm (2) and a small arm (3). The large arm (1) is driven by a first telescopic cylinder (7) to rotate around a hinge point, such that the large arm (1) implements rotation in the horizontal direction. The medium arm (2) is composed of three second telescopic cylinders (8) in a Z-shaped arrangement in the vertical plane, such that the small arm (3) implements rotation or expansion in the vertical plane. Two arm rods of the small arm (3) are each provided with a third telescopic cylinder (9) to implement the expansion of the arm rod, and a forth telescopic cylinder (10) is provided between inner side ends of the two arm rods. The small arms (3) of the two groups of the reinforcing steel bar positioning arm mechanisms on the same side are connected to each other through four positioning rods (5), two of the positioning rods (5) are vertically arranged at an interval on the inner side of the small arm (3), and the other two positioning rods (5) are vertically arranged at an interval on the outer side of the small arm (3), with several positioning clamps (6) being fixedly distributed at intervals on each positioning rod (5). The inner layer and outer layer reinforcing steel bars of the side wall can be subjected to three-dimensional positioning at the same time, and in particular, side wall reinforcing steel bars with different heights can be positioned in one process.

    摘要: The Helical segmental lining is an invention in tunneling industry wherein segments are designed in helical shape that are connected by interlocking system. The proposed helical tunnel lining method allows for segment erection and excavation to be completed concurrently and continuously by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) which will result in increasing the tunneling speed. The segments have tongue projection on the two trailing sides (circumferential and radial) and similar groove recess in the opposite two leading sides. This forms a tongue-and-groove joint at both circumferential and radial joints. The system allows for optional post-tensioning (PT) strand to be inserted into the leading circumferential side of the segments. The optional PT strand is fitted into a continuous groove located at the leading circumferential side of the segments. The system has solutions for the alignment curves and turning of the helical segmental lining, sealing of the system as well as terminating the strand and beginning another due to limitation of the strand length. The method is eliminating bolt connection between segments and increase tunnel advancement rate. The system allows for using typical (identical) segments.
