    摘要: Reciprocating compressor including a connecting rod for converting a rotating movement of a crank shaft into a linear reciprocating movement, a piston for making a linear reciprocating movement inside of a cylinder block by the connecting rod, and resonating means for resonating the piston, wherein the resonating means is a supplementary piston fitted to the piston additionally and a resonator fitted between the supplementary piston and the piston, or a resonator in a space between a sleeve side part and a piston side part of a divided connecting rod, thereby preventing an over pressure loss of the refrigerant and enhancing a performance by increasing refrigerant flow rate.

    摘要: An actuator comprises a cylinder, a first, second and third port, an actuation piston, a control piston and a control spring. The cylinder defines a longitudinal axis and comprises a first and second end. The first port communicates with the first end of the cylinder, the second port communicates with the second end of the cylinder, and the third port communicates with the cylinder between the first and second ends. The actuation piston is disposed in the cylinder and is moveable along the longitudinal axis in a first and second direction. The actuation piston comprises a first and second side. The control piston also is disposed in the cylinder and is moveable along the longitudinal axis in a first and second direction. The control piston comprises a first and second side, with the first side of the control piston facing the second side of the actuation piston. The control spring biases the control piston in at least one of the first and second directions. A method of controlling the actuator is also provided.

    摘要: A rotational power input is converted into a linearly oscillating power output through the use of counter-rotating nested eccentrics. The outer eccentric is connected to an input end of a connecting rod, which is in turn connected at an output end thereof to a piston of a piston pump. The piston is constrained to translational movement along an axis D. Drive gears are rotationally fixed to each of the eccentrics and geared to each other through an intermediate pinion having a rotational axis B. An angular position &bgr; of the pinion axis B relative to the axis D determines the output oscillation stroke length and flow rate of the pump. An actuator is geared to a pinion bracket that holds the pinion. The actuator can be actuated on-the-fly to alter the angle &bgr; and pumping rate of the pump.

    摘要: A three-position stop type swing actuator has a main piston freely moving in forward and backward directions in an axial direction within a casing, an output shaft placed at a coaxial position with the main piston in such a manner as to be fixed in an axial direction and freely rotate around an axis, a conversion and transmission mechanism converting a forward and backward motion of the main piston into a rotating and swinging motion of the output shaft, and a sub piston having a stroke smaller than that of the main piston a fluid pressure operating force larger than that of the main piston and arranged within the casing in such a manner as to freely move in the forward and backward directions and be capable of being brought into contact with the main piston so as to restrict a middle stop position of the main piston.

    摘要: A hydraulically actuated servo piston and hydraulic advance piston are integrated into the cam follower of a unit pump or injector to provide variable advance for an injection event produced by the pump or injector. The servo piston is nested in the advance piston with fluid passageways in the advance piston selectively opened or closed by movement of the servo piston. The full pressure of a hydraulic pump is available to the advance piston for powering the advance function, while stepwise reduced levels of hydraulic pressure from the same hydraulic pump are applied to control movement of the servo piston. A damping orifice restricts flow of hydraulic fluid to and from the servo piston.
