摘要: A control device includes a suction amount controller and a bleed flow controller. When an actual output is in a second output range from a second output to a third output less than the second output, the suction amount controller controls a suction amount so that the suction amount becomes constant even if the actual output decreases. The bleed flow controller controls a bleed flow so that the bleed flow gradually increases as the actual output decreases.

摘要: A turbine control system is provided for decreasing the response time between readings of the speed of the turbine and changing a valve position in response thereto. The speed control system includes a speed probe that detects the speed of the turbine and a turbine valve that controls the flow of fluid or gas from or to the turbine. A controller receives a speed signal from the speed probe and sends valve position commands to the turbine valve. The controller also sends support functions to the turbine valve. The controller sends the valve position commands at a faster rate than the support functions.

摘要: A method for extending an operating window of an operating mode of a gas turbine engine includes monitoring operating conditions of the gas turbine engine. The gas turbine engine is prevented by the method from transitioning from the first operating mode up to a second operating mode. A bulk temperature demand of the gas turbine engine is adjusted by a predefined amount to generate a first biased bulk temperature demand. The adjustment includes applying a first incremental bias to a bulk flame temperature schedule. The operation of the gas turbine engine is then adjusted based on the first biased bulk temperature demand. The monitored operating conditions are analyzed to determine whether one of the operating conditions has reached a threshold value.

The method comprises monitoring a rate of change of a combustor pressure of an engine, detecting an engine disturbance when the rate of change of the combustor pressure falls below an event detection threshold, initiating an engine recovery sequence in response to detecting the engine disturbance, confirming a surge event when the rate of change of the combustor pressure increases above a surge confirmation threshold within a flameout confirmation time period after having crossed the event detection threshold, applying a surge recovery sequence in response to confirming the surge event, confirming a flameout event when the flameout confirmation time period expires and the rate of change of the combustor pressure remains below the surge confirmation threshold after having crossed the event detection threshold, and applying a flameout recovery sequence in response to confirming the flameout event.

The circuit includes at least one pump pumping the fuel from the tank into the circuit. A fuel properties measurement unit and a first valve are configured to open or close the circuit. A filling step includes filling the circuit with fuel. An acquisition step includes acquiring a value respectively for each of the fuel characteristics of the tank, and a transmission step includes transmitting, to a user device, a signal representative of the acquired values of the fuel characteristics.

摘要: An assembly is provided for a turbine engine with an axial centerline. This assembly includes a turbine engine structure and a valve assembly. The turbine engine structure includes an outer duct wall, an inner duct wall, a first flow path and a second flow path. The inner duct wall is radially inward of the outer duct wall.
