Abstract: A liquid discharge system includes a liquid product pump having a sensor for monitoring vibrations passing through an outer casing of the liquid product pump to detect an occurrence of cavitation within the liquid product pump. A system and method for controlling the operation of a liquid product pump in an engine-driven hydraulic discharge system. The liquid product pump has a vibration sensor operable to detect cavitation within the liquid product pump and for providing an electrical vibration signal to a speed control module. The speed control module is operable to process the vibration signal and to produce an electrical speed control signal that is provided to an electronic actuator. The electronic actuator is operable to actuate a motor control lever of a variable speed hydraulic motor to adjust the operating speed of the liquid product pump.

Abstract: Even when abnormal heat generation occurs during operation in a state where the temperature of a compressor is not increased, abnormality cannot be detected. A fluid machine includes a fluid machine body; a motor that drives the fluid machine body; a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of the fluid machine body; and a control unit that controls the fluid machine body. The control unit changes a temperature threshold value based on at least one of a pressure of a fluid discharged by the fluid machine body and a frequency of a voltage input into the motor, and issues a notification when the temperature of the compressor body measured by the temperature sensor exceeds the temperature threshold value.

Abstract: An illustrative embodiment of the present disclosure includes a pump having a rotor and a plurality of vanes. The rotor is attached to a motor that rotates it in first and second directions and is located in a cavity. The plurality of vanes are each pivotally coupled to the rotor so as the rotor rotates, the vanes selectively push fluid from an inlet port out through an outlet port. The plurality of vanes each have an end selected from the group consisting of a lobe, no lobe, and a rod located in the lobe. Each of the plurality of vanes also includes a pivot pin configured to fit in a corresponding receptacle located in the rotor so that each of the plurality of vanes is pivotable with respect to the rotor inside the cavity.

Abstract: Provided is a variable-capacity oil pump capable of stably securing a required pump discharge volume and discharge pressure even with a clogged oil filter and/or an electromagnetic valve failed. The oil pump is provided with a first control chamber for applying a force under oil pressure from a main oil gallery in a direction for decreasing of the eccentricity of a cam ring, a second control chamber for applying a force under oil pressure from the oil gallery in cooperation with a spring force in a direction for increasing of the cam-ring eccentricity, a first branch flow path that connects the oil gallery and the first control chamber, and a second branch flow path branched from the first branch flow path and communicating with the second control chamber via the electromagnetic valve. Two oil filters are disposed in the oil gallery and the first branch flow path, respectively.
