    摘要: A compressor which can be easily assembled and can prevent damage of seal members is presented. Its assembling method includes of (a) a step of feeding a front casing having a first inner circumference, a second inner circumference, an opening, a bottom, and a side wall, compression units having a first fitting portion and a first seal groove, and a rear cover having a second fitting portion and a second seal groove, (b) a step of installing a first seal member in the fist seal groove, (c) a step of installing s second seal member in the second seal groove, (e) a step of installing the fixed scroll on the front casing, while fitting the first fitting portion to the first inner circumference, and (f) a step of installing the rear cover to the front casing so as to cover the opening, while fitting the second fitting portion to the second inner circumference. The first fitting gap between the first fitting portion and the first inner circumference is larger than the second fitting gap of the second fitting portion and the second inner circumference. The steps (e) and (f) are the process of inserting the compression unit and the rear cover mutually coupled and mounting the first seal member and the second seal member into the front casing from the opening.

    摘要: A scroll compressor which can be easily sealed and assembled is presented. Also a scroll compressor which can be sealed easily and at low cost is presented. It includes a cylindrical front casing with a bottom, a rear cover to be fitted to the inner circumference of the front casing, a fixed scroll having an end plate to be fitted to the inner circumference, a fitting portion to be fitted concentrically to the rear cover, and a spiral blade disposed at the opposite side of the fitting portion, a movable scroll engaged with the fixed scroll and swiveling at a specified radius of swivel, and a rotation preventive mechanism for preventing rotation of the movable scroll and permitting swivel motion only. By assembling the fixed scroll and rear cover, a nearly triangular recess is formed in the butt junction of the end plate and rear cover, a seal member is fitted into the recess, and the fixed scroll and rear cover fitting the seal member are assembled into the front casing, thereby sealing both between the suction pressure and discharge pressure, and between the atmospheric pressure and discharge pressure.

    摘要: A lead wire of a motor is prevented from being damaged, and the reliability of an electric compressor is enhanced. The electric compressor 1 is provided with a division wall 80b which divides a discharge chamber 62 and a connection space 65 which connects a sealed terminal 90 and a lead wire 5c of a motor 5. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent discharge gas from directly flowing into the connection space 65, and to prevent the discharge gas from flowing into a wire passage 64 through which the lead wire 5c is passed. Therefore, vibration of lead wire 5c caused by gas pulse can be suppressed, the lead wire can be prevented from being damaged, and the reliability of the electric compressor can be enhanced.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to make an oil-reservoir chamber independent from a motor chamber into which a refrigerant compressed by a compressor mechanism is introduced, thereby reducing a compressor in size. In a compressor 1, a partition member 7 is provided in a housing 3 on the opposite side from a compressor mechanism 4 with respect to a motor 5. The partition member 7 is pushed by a stator 5a of the motor 5, thereby liquid-tightly fixing the partition member 7 to the housing 3. The oil-reservoir chamber 6 is formed independently from a motor chamber 2 in which the motor 5 is accommodated, and lubricant oil is efficiently separated from a refrigerant with a simple structure.

Thus, after a halt of the compressor, under-communication oil-feeding of the lubricating oil from the high-pressure region via the back pressure chamber to the compression chamber can be prevented, so that the lubricating oil in the liquid storage section is kept from decreasing and moreover the lubricating oil is kept from being filled into the compression chamber, make it possible to achieve a stable restart-up.
