    摘要: In a ball screw device comprising a screw shaft and a nut which make relative movement to each other through a multiplicity of balls, as well as in a linear motion device comprising an outer member and an inner member which make the relative movements to each other through the multiplicity of balls, a spacer having two concave surfaces facing respectively to balls, is disposed between the balls adjacent to each other. A section of each of the concave surfaces of the spacer is formed of two circular arcs of which central positions deviate from each other to form a Gothic arch. The spacer has such a configuration that the balls adjacent to each other come into contact with outer edges thereof or portions vicinal to the outer edges. The spacer also has such a configuration that the balls adjacent to each other come into contact with at least three or more outer edge portions thereof or portions vicinal to the outer edges. The spacer may have a through-hole formed in a thinnest portion thereof.

    摘要: The invention comprises a geared drive ring coupler. The geared drive ring coupler comprises two pairs of adjacent drive rings rotatably connected to each end of a frame. Each pair of drive rings is meshed together with the cooperating pair of drive rings on the opposing end of the frame. The relative spatial arrangement of the axis of rotation of each set of drive rings is maintained by the frame, which in turn holds the drive rings in a predetermined relationship between the pulley sheaves. The drive rings on the driver pulley turn in the same direction as the driver pulley through frictional contact with the sides of the CVT driver pulley sheaves. The drive rings on the driven pulley side rotate in the opposite direction to the drive rings on the driver pulley, since they are meshed together. The driven drive rings are then in frictional contact with the sides of the driven pulley sheaves, thereby driving the driven pulley. The effective diameter or radius of each pulley is adjusted by movement of the pulley sheaves. Movement of the pulley sheaves causes the axis of rotation of each set of drive rings to move eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation of their respective pulley. Since the drive rings are mechanically connected, the drive rings move with the frame as a unit in response to the movement of the pulley sheaves, thereby changing the effective gear ratio of the transmission.

    摘要: The invention relates to a transmission with torque division for a helicopter rotor drive. In a manner known per se, in the transmission a first power transmission branch has a first rotatable driving pinion (6) which is in constant engagement with a first toothed wheel (2) on the output side. At least one other power transmission branch has one other driving pinion (9) co-axial to the first driving pinion (6) and in constant engagement with one other toothed wheel (4) on the output side co-axial to the first toothed wheel (2) on the output side. One torsionally elastic member is arranged in the torque flow of each power transmission branch. The torsion-resistance of the torsionally elastic members determines the load proportions of the power transmission branches. The inventive transmission makes possible a high power density with small installation space, light weight and a small number of functional elements.

The first gear (13) is axially fixed and rotatable, to a limited extent, relative to the first shaft (7). A second shaft (24) is rotatably supported around a second axis of rotation (20) in the drive housing (2). A first shaft end (27) of the second shaft (24) projects from the drive housing (2). A second gear (29) is firmly connected to the second shaft (24) in the axial direction and in the direction of rotation. The first gear (13) and the second gear (29) engage one another. The selected assembly enables a limited amount of rotation of the first shaft (7), with the second shaft (24) being stationary. The first shaft end (10) includes a multi-spline profile and is connected to a driveshaft. Tractors ordinarily include a multi-splined power take-off shaft. The teeth of the power take-off shaft are aligned with gaps of the connecting bore of the driveshaft in such a way as to permit an easy sliding-on and coupling operation.

An insertion hole is formed passing through a coupling surface to which an output-side end surface of the motor unit is fastened. The transmission gears are a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear meshing with the bevel gear and having a shaft oriented in a direction orthogonal to the shaft of the bevel gear. One of the first and second bevel gears includes shaft support parts for supporting both ends of the bevel gear.

    摘要: A linear module having a housing with a holder being secured against rotation and having an element for axial adjustment relative to the housing. The holder is surrounded by a sleeve proximate the housing, with the sleeve being provided with an external thread and an internal thread with the same direction of rotation, but with a differing lead. A guiding tube, being a first tube, is shaped as a rectangular tube and is located within the housing. A second tube is located within the guiding tube and is also constructed as a rectangular tube, which is capable of coaxial movement within the guiding tube. A linear motor connected to the second tube with the linear motor exerting a force on the second tube which is coaxial to a common axis of the guiding tube and the second tube. The linear motor is rigidly connected at one end to the holder. Guiding rail include a bearing for guiding coaxial movement of the second tube within the first tube with the guiding rails allowing for adjusting the bearing spatially. A position measuring device is located in at least one of the guiding tube or the second tube for determining a relative coaxial position of the guiding tube as compared with the second tube and a control unit in communication with the position measuring device for indicating the relative coaxial position of the guiding tube relative the second tube.

The balls are disposed freely rotatably in line at a predetermined interval in a ball arranging member formed in a belt-like shape. If a relative rotation occurs between the nut member and screw shaft, the balls circulate in the infinite circulation path with the ball arranging member. Guide pieces are projected to both sides of the ball arranging member and guide grooves for accommodating each of the guide pieces are formed along the entire circumference of the infinite circulation path. Therefore, the ball arranging member is introduced by the guide grooves and circulates in the infinite circulation path without being fluttered.
