摘要: Coaxial valves usually contain only one moving part. It has not been easy, then, to provide for electric motor actuation. Many actuators being proposed involve designs which lead to bulky packages. The key facing those improving coaxial valves is the provision of suitable linear actuation. The valve herein includes a valve housing with a flow channel therethrough. Arranged in the flow channel is a closing body. In alignment with the closing body is a ball screw actuator which includes a ball nut and a cylindrical screw. The ball nut surrounds a threaded portion of the cylindrical screw. The cylindrical screw is provided with a passageway therethrough through which fluid flows. The cylindrical screw is disposed in the flow channel to become a control tube adapted to move toward and away from the valve seat. To rotate the ball nut an actuating drive is employed driven by a stepper motor.

摘要: A valve for a gas cylinder consisting essentially of a valve body provided with a valve chamber containing a valving element which opens and closes an annular valve seat, and a gas cylinder plugging end portion and a pipe-connecting port both formed on the valve body. The gas cylinder plugging end portion contains an upstream side gas channel communicating at one extremity to an end thereof and at the other extremity to an internal circumference of the valve seat. The port contains two downstream side gas channels each opening to an end thereof and at the other extremity to an external circumference of the valve seat. A metal connector can be fitted in the port. The metal connector contains two channels connected to the two downstream side gas channels respectively. Valve chamber openings of the downstream side gas channels are located to oppose each other across the valve seat.

摘要: A valve mount for water saving core shaft of a single-handled faucet has a valve embodiment housed in a receiving cavity of a faucet body with the upper section provided with internal threads to be in locking engagement with a locking cap. In the valve chamber of the valve embodiment are housed sequentially a rotary member, a switch stick, a regulation seat and a discharge control valve. The inner periphery of the valve chamber is provided with a plurality of retaining recesses corresponding to the spring plates defined on the rear cavities of the rotary member and the engaging teeth of the regulation seat are in engagement with the spring plates on the right and left recess of the rotary member. On the upper section of the rotary seat are provided with outer teeth which are engaged with the inner teeth of a stop member. The upper end of the switching stick is secured a faucet handle whereby the handle of such a faucet can be move up and also to the right or left in a step-like manner to precisely control the minimum outlet of cold and hot water without worrying the sudden massive discharge of water due to an improper actuation of the handle, resulting in the effective use of water.

摘要: The present invention is directed to an annular metal-bristled brush for cleaning the pintle shaft of a pintle valve, such as an exhaust gas recirculation valve for an internal combustion engine, to prevent coking and failure of the valve. The brush surrounds the shaft, the tips of the bristles making contact with the shaft with sufficient force to dislodge incipient coke deposits but with insufficient force to inhibit the axial motion of the pintle shaft in actuation. Preferably, the brush is disposed in an annular space in the valve body between the pintle shaft bearing and the gas-metering chamber such that the shaft is brushed in both directions during each actuative cycle of the valve. Preferably, the annular space is slightly larger both axially and radially than the corresponding dimensions of the brush so that the brush is free to float without binding the pintle shaft.

The sealing member is attached to the diaphragm by a linking element having at least two degrees of freedom, whereby when the diaphragm engages the gate, the sealing port is opened and when the diaphragm disengages from the gate the sealing port is closed and disengagement of the diaphragm from the gate entails closing of the sealing port by the sealing member.
