摘要: Provided are valve devices and flow heads for a valve device. A valve device can include a valve body (30) that opens and closes a valve hole (15a) to allow communication between a primary flow path (17a) and a secondary flow path (17b), a back pressure chamber (7) defined at the back side of the valve body, a small hole (51) that is provided in the valve body to allow the primary flow path of and the back pressure chamber to communicate with each other, and a pin (6) that has a straight portion inserted into the small hole to clean the small hole by relative motions of the small hole and the straight portion. A flow head (34) may be annular and include one or more notches along a perimeter and be configured to engage with an inner peripheral surface of an upper end portion of an inner barrel of the valve device.

摘要: A labor-saving push-button water valve includes a button, a valve core, a valve core spring, and a valve seat. The middle portion of the valve seat is formed with a core chamber. An outer periphery of a front end of the valve core is formed with an annular groove. When the button drives the valve core to move to the position where a water inlet hole is not communicated with a water outlet hole, an annular hydraulic chamber is formed between the valve core and the peripheral wall of the core chamber. The water valve is able to switch the opening and closing of the waterway smoothly by reducing the water pressure applied to the valve core, and reduces the wear of the valve core, and improves the service life and the airtightness of the water saving structure.

摘要: A self-closing valve assembly has a main valve having a seat between a high-pressure input conduit and a low-pressure output conduit, a main valve element movable into and out of engagement with the seat to block and permit flow from the input conduit to the output conduit, and a chamber behind the main valve element pressurizable to press the main valve element against the seat. A small-diameter passage extends from the input conduit to the chamber so that the chamber can be pressurized via the passage from the input conduit to hold the valve element against the seat. A pilot or control valve connected between the chamber and the output conduit can be opened to depressurize the chamber and thereby lift the valve element off the seat. A throttle valve has a throttle body having an outer face exposed to pressurized liquid in the input conduit and an inner face turned toward a mouth of the passage, a formation on the inner face blockingly engageable with the passage mouth, an abutment adjacent the mouth of the passage and operatively engageable with the throttle body so that the pressurized liquid in the input conduit will urge the body toward the mouth of the passage and toward the abutment, a weak spring for holding the throttle body at a spacing from the mouth and from the abutment, and a strong spring effective when the body inner face is against the abutment for urging the body away from the mouth of the passage.

摘要: A valve for delivering a metered flow of liquid for flushing of a plumbing fixture or the like includes inlet and outlet ports and a main valve controlling flow from the inlet to the outlet port. A control chamber is in pressure communication with the main valve and a restricted flow path from the inlet port to the control chamber increases the control pressure to hold the main valve closed in a standby condition. A pilot valve is opened by an actuator to reduce control pressure and initiate a cycle of operation of the main valve. A snap acting mechanism is movable between two stable positions for opening and closing the pilot valve. The actuator is capable of operating the snap acting mechanism for opening the pilot valve in its fully opened position closes the pilot valve regardless of the position of the actuator.

摘要: A small orifice in a flush valve piston is provided with a filter means to prevent sedimentary deposits from clogging the orifice. The filter is formed by providing a generally three-sided channel around the piston. The channel is located such that the orifice opens into the base of the channel. A resilient sealing ring is seated on the channel to close the open side of the channel. A plurality of grooves extend from the interior of the channel, under the sealing ring and to the exterior of the piston. These grooves are sized to prevent entry of sedimentary deposits into the channel while permitting entry of water in the channel. The grooves are individually small compared to the orifice opening but they are sufficient in number to provide an adequate supply of water to the orifice.

摘要: A manually actuated relief valve member particularly suitable for temporarily relieving or ''''bleeding'''' a pressure head in flush valves or flushometers for instituting a flushing cycle therein, is described. An actuating handle controls operation of a rod member slidably arranged within a valve body member and having at its inner (high pressure) end a circular washer seatable upon an annular valve seat at the inner end of the valve body member. A first water flow passageway leading to the high pressure end of the release valve mechanism is such as to present greater resistance or impedance to water flow than a second water release passageway leading from the low pressure end of the relief valve mechanism so that substantially no pressure head can develop between the high and low pressure ends, (inner and outer ends) of the valve body member, thereby substantially eliminating leakage to the outer end of the valve body member and preventing leakage at the handle without the use of packing glands and the like.
