Abstract: The invention relates to a flow control device (10) for industrial filter installations, said flow control device comprising: a valve device (20) which is located in a flow line to, in or from a filter installation, the valve device (20) having a closed-loop control section (23) which is connected to the flow line and which can be controlled in a closed-loop manner via at least one deformable membrane (30); a hydraulic device (40) which controls the pressure in a hydraulic duct (32, 46) in a closed-loop manner by means of an actuator (42), the hydraulic duct (32, 46) being connected to the valve device (20) in such a way that the membrane (30) increases or reduces the flow cross-section depending on the pressure in the hydraulic duct (32, 46); a drive (60) for driving the hydraulic device; and an open-loop control unit (80) which controls the flow control device (10) in an open-loop manner.

Abstract: An illustrative valve block includes a plate, a fluid transfer block, and a diaphragm. The plate includes a channel configured to receive a first fluid and a recess connected to the channel. The fluid transfer block includes an inlet connection configured to receive a second fluid and an outlet connection. The fluid transfer block also includes a plurality of valve inlet bores connected to the inlet connection. The plurality of valve inlet bores are distributed along at least part of a first curved shape. The fluid transfer block further includes a plurality of valve outlet bores each fluidly connected to the outlet connection. The plurality of valve outlet bores are distributed along at least part of a second curved shape. The diaphragm is between the pressure plate and the fluid transfer block. The plurality of valve inlet bores and the plurality of valve outlet bores adjoin the recess.

Abstract: Example embodiments disclose a valve seat that encloses a fluid passage for passage of a fluid from a fluid chamber, and a holding element that exerts a holding force on a valve body, the holding force acting in a direction towards a valve seat. In the event that the fluid acts on an effective surface of the valve body with a force or a pressure above a limit value, the valve body moves away from the valve seat. In the event that the fluid acts on an effective surface of the holding element with a force or a pressure above a limit value, the holding force acting on the valve body decreases. In doing so, the fluid acts on the holding element more strongly and/or earlier than on the valve body.

Abstract: This invention discloses a valve including a body, an upper membrane, a lower membrane and a positioning block. The body has an upper channel, a lower channel, an accommodation space and a valve groove. The accommodation space defines an upper opening and a lower opening for respectively communicating with the upper channel and the lower channel. The valve groove is near the intersection of the lower channel and the accommodation space respectively communicating therewith. The upper and the lower membrane block the upper opening of the accommodation space and the lower opening. The positioning block is disposed between the upper membrane and the lower membrane and is able to push the lower membrane into the valve groove and abut against a sidewall of the valve groove. The valve is able to block the flow of water in the valve when the water flow is needed to be cut off.

The diaphragm is bonded to the upper valve housing and the lower valve housing, and a divided interior of a valve housing configures a first lower valve chamber, a second lower valve chamber, a first upper valve chamber, and a second upper valve chamber. A groove is located in a wall portion of the upper valve housing that opposes the diaphragm in the first upper valve chamber.
