摘要： A gas cooking burner includes a burner base having a base chamber, a burner head having at least one air and fuel mixture exit port, and a venturi having opposed relatively open ends, the venturi providing a passage between the burner base and the burner head. The base chamber surrounds one of the opposed relatively open ends of the venturi and the base chamber has an inner wall which reduces from a wider portion to a narrower portion with a fuel inlet providing access for fuel into the base chamber and a combustion air inlet being disposed about at least a portion of a periphery of the wider portion of the base chamber. The burner further including a means for securing the burner head to the burner base such that the burner head may be lifted off the burner base for inspection and cleaning of the burner base.

摘要： A collapsible portable stove may include a chassis, side tables, a shelf assembly, leg assemblies, a fuel delivery system, a burner system, a windscreen assembly, and a hoist assembly. The side tables may slide outward to reveal the burner system and provide workspace. The shelf assembly may attach to an underside of the chassis for storage, to a topside of the chassis between the outward-slid side tables for table space, or beneath the chassis between the leg assemblies for shelf space. The leg assemblies may fold for storage and unfold to raise the stove to a low- or high-profile. In a collapsed position, the stove and its self-contained components resemble a rectangular suitcase. 摘要： A combination barbecue grill and folding table that is adapted to be manipulated from a fully deployed condition, during which food can be cooked on the grill and then served on an adjacent table, and a collapsed condition, during which the grill and table are folded into a compact package that is suitable for transport and storage. The barbecue grill is removably received at the top of a cooking stand, and a plurality of fold-up legs extend downwardly from the cooking stand to support the cooking stand above the ground. According to one embodiment of the invention, a pair of table members are hingedly connected end-to-end one another. The first table member is rotated towards and over the top of the cooking stand, and the second table member is then rotated over the first table member to establish a compact package. In a second embodiment, first and second table members are pivotally connected to opposite sides of the cooking stand. The first table member is rotated towards and over a first half of the top of the cooking stand, and the second table member is then rotated towards and over the second half of the top of the cooking stand to establish another compact package.

摘要： The present invention provides a support apparatus for a fuel tank used in connection with a gas barbecue grill assembly. The support apparatus is connected to a portion of the frame assembly of the grill assembly. The support apparatus comprises a housing member with a bracket adapted to engage a portion of the fuel tank and a releasable member operably connected to the housing member. At least one pivot axis member operably connects the support apparatus to a portion of the frame assembly. The support apparatus is rotatable about a generally vertical axis between a first position wherein the fuel tank is substantially within the frame assembly and stored for use, and a second position wherein the fuel tank is substantially beyond the frame assembly and accessible for removal and replacement. The releasable member is adapted to secure the support apparatus in either the first position or the second position.

摘要： A burner apparatus for an outdoor cooking stove includes a hollow gas distribution ring, and an attached fuel conduit for sending fuel thereto. The gas ring has a hollow plenum formed therein. In a specific embodiment, the gas ring includes a base portion and an annular cap which is attachable to the base portion, and the annular cap has a plurality of primary apertures formed therethrough, as well as a plurality of secondary apertures which are smaller than the primary apertures. The secondary apertures are located at a level below the primary apertures. The fuel conduit has a hollow passage formed therethrough, which is in fluid communication with the plenum of the gas distribution ring. An outdoor cooking stove including the burner apparatus is also described, along with a kit for constructing same.

摘要： The chuckwagon camp box of this invention includes a portable kitchen comprised of a top lid, drop down front and rear shelves, each of which is separately hinged to a base unit. The underside of the base unit has provisions to removably attach the support legs or permanently attach folding legs. The underside of the base unit also is provided with a plurality of casters to facilitate transport of the camp box. The base unit also includes an integral cooktop accessible from the front shelf and a plurality of work surfaces, multi-purpose compartments and a utensil drawer. Extendable, multi-purpose racks may be withdrawn from both ends of the base unit to serve as towel racks or shelves with the attachment of the included covering trays. A dishwashing center accessible from the rear shelf is also provided. The front and rear shelves are separated by an upstanding, transverse panel in the box, so that the front cooking area and rear washing areas are functionally isolated, separate work stations.
